00:05vulnerable flatmate in Leeds. 51-year-old Scott Silkston of No Fixed Address was found guilty
00:11of attacking Dwayne Tuohy on New Year's Day this year before dragging him from his flat
00:17and repeatedly stamping on him in public. 55-year-old Dwayne was found unconscious by
00:23paramedics near bins outside the flats where he lived at Gargrave Court in Bermontovs.
00:30He was taken to hospital but later died of his injuries. A judge at Leeds Crown Court
00:35sentenced Silkston to life with a minimum term of 22 years. Police hope the sentence can
00:41provide Dwayne's family with some closure.
