00:00Hey, it's Mike Anthony from WDHA. I absolutely love being on the air with you each morning,
00:05getting to talk to you and play music and all of it. It's so much fun being a part of
00:09this rock
00:10community because you guys are the best. But keep in mind, there are some of us, a lot of us
00:15that
00:16struggle with our mental health, all kinds of different things that we wish we could get out
00:20there and talk to somebody about. But some of us don't know where to go or where that outlet is.
00:24Let's come together as our WDHA community and support one another and have each other's back.
00:30Come be a part of the movement, turning hope into action and create a culture that's smart about
00:35mental health. And if you want to have each other's back, remember, suicide prevention starts with you
00:41and me. Join the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's New Jersey chapter at the Morris
00:47County Out of the Darkness Walk to Prevent Suicide in Chatham Township on October 10th. Hundreds of
00:52thousands of people each year take part in the Out of the Darkness Community Walks with AFSP.
00:58And it's such a beneficial thing to do. It raises awareness and funds. It lets people know that they
