00:27and the principles of a constitutional monarchy rather than as a political or personal matter.
00:33He stresses that he has no power to unilaterally remove Tuanku Muhris and that his role in the constitutional processes
00:40does not give him the power to determine the state ruler's position.
00:45Last week, four purported undangs presented a document dated August 3rd, allegedly signed by Ismail and the four chieftains,
00:53seeking Tuanku Muhris' removal.
00:55The four chieftains' positions are also under dispute.
00:59Ismail says he was coerced into signing the proclamation and has rejected its validity,
01:05saying it did not comply with the state constitution.

01:14regarding the proclamation and that police have opened investigation papers.
