01:15I think that when you're trying to build a culture, it doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't happen over the

01:21And it's going to take a long time for us to keep working at that and living it day in,

02:05How kind of unprecedented was it in the context of your long career and how hard was it to provide

02:13Well, it's been a very unusual summer, hasn't it?
02:15It's probably a better way of putting it.
02:17There's been a lot of different things happen.
02:23A resignation mid-series have been a few off-field instances and we've got a new coach.
02:28Whether you call it chaos, whether you call it unusual, whether you call it unsettling, I think all are fair.
02:35But ultimately, the thing that I care about and that's most important is what happens from that.
02:40And I think the way that we've responded to that has been excellent.
02:45And the fact that there's now clarity in what is expected of the Greek moving forward is quite evident and
