00:25Women would walk nearly five kilometers to fetch it, sometimes waiting in queues through

00:37Then on August 31, 2023, tap water reached Lahuri Yada for the first time under the Har Ghar
00:43Nali Yochna and life began to change.
00:50The biggest relief has come for the women.
00:58Uttar Pradesh has added more rural tap connections than any other state.
01:02By March 2025, tap water had reached over 2.36 crore rural households with nearly 5.07
01:08lakh kilometers of pipeline laid across the state.
