00:19The call on social media was set for the 23rd of September, but according to the head of Spanish Diplomacy,
00:25the messages are, quote, not resonating or generating the impact they had in the call to enter the exclave at
00:31the end of July.
00:33He added that the ministry has launched a campaign to tackle disinformation and to underline that access to Ceuta is
00:39not allowed.
00:42Many of the some 70,000 migrants who entered Ceuta from Morocco in July have returned.
00:48Ceuta's authorities estimate that thousands remain.
00:52Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has come under criticism for his handling of the crisis,
00:57and the opposition also alleged that he knew about the influx of migrants in advance.
