00:00You know, one of the great things that we saw this past weekend in Oxford, Mississippi,
00:03was the fact that Trinidad Chambliss was able to lead that Ole Miss team to enormous victory.
00:11You know, this was one of the most anticipated college football games on the early schedule.
00:17Everybody in Oxford, even when they were in the college football 12-team playoff,
00:22was circling this game because of all the things that went on with that program and with Lane Kiffin.
00:28The things that the fans were waiting for.
00:31It was just so awesome to watch him play and perform.
00:35You know, a lot of debate will be whether or not he's a first-round talent or not.
00:39Great game, 33 of 48, 363, two touchdowns and a pick in the ballgame.
00:45And you know what you really loved?
00:46He moved the sticks and he also energized his football team.
00:51There's no question that that guy, it was a redemption game for him.
00:55Because remember what people were saying?
00:57This was a kid that was not recruited in any way whatsoever as a big-time recruit.
01:04This guy wasn't a big-time five-star guy.
01:07This guy had to come up through the ranks and he had to prove that he was a big-time
01:12quarterback.
01:13You know what he's doing also?
01:14With the lack of good quarterback play that's gone on in college football so far,
01:19make no mistake about it.
01:20You're looking at a kid right now that might be pushing his way into the first round of April's draft.
01:27I mean, he is really playing some really great football.
01:30And you had to think that just a little bit, he had to really be thinking,
01:35hey, man, this was a great game and I wanted this game more than maybe some of the other football
01:41games that I've played in.
01:42I know you guys are process-oriented when you try to take the emotion out of it,
01:46and you didn't sign up to just beat LSU.
01:48But now that it is over, can you honestly say that this was not a game that you guys in
01:52that locker room all week
01:53wanted to win just a little bit more than some of the others?
01:57Yeah, this one meant a lot more than the other games.
02:02I mean, the coaches that were here and now at LSU, some of the players as well.
02:07So a little bit more to it.
02:10So, yeah, I'm really happy that we got the win.
02:12I wanted this one really bad, and our team did too.
02:14So just so proud of them and just so happy that we got the win.
02:17I'm so proud of that kid too.
02:19I really think that kid really showed up on Saturday in Oxford and won that game against LSU in a
02:25really huge ball game.
