00:18And that brings me to what we spend on our own defence forces.
00:23So we've been saying for years, we've been putting pressure on Keir Starmer.
00:26Now, given the new threats we are seeing from Russia, given what happened in 2022, we should be spending more.
00:32We legislated to increase how much we spent on defence from 2% of GDP to 2.5%, so a
00:4125% increase.
00:43We think that should be increased again to 3%, get to 3% of GDP by 2030.
00:49Andy Burnham is not yet committed to do that. Neither did Keir Starmer.
00:53There's some more words, but there's no spending or not enough spending.
