00:19just turned to him and I said, I'm not okay. That's all we said to each other and I never
00:24spoke to him
00:25again and then at some point he passed away and then my daughter was born October 8th. She's
00:30turning 25 this year. I can tell you she definitely was never... That was the first piece of my healing
00:39growth because it was like, okay, I could kind of see what it should have been like. With my daughter,
00:45it was always like, let's tell each other everything. I ended up going through a situation
00:51where I was extremely humbled by somebody. I think that sometimes we need to have somebody
00:57really tell us who we are and it's because I have these unresolved problems from childhood. I'm not
01:03dealing with them. I think part of really healing is taking a really good look at yourself and being
01:11like, okay, what am I doing that makes other people feel small? I would change the... Maybe I could have
01:19lived a pretty good life without it.
