Judge Rachel Juarez has questions when a tenant admits she texted her landlord a lengthy grocery list — and expected him to pick up the tab.  The tenant insists the landlord repeatedly offered to help and kept asking if she needed anything, so eventually she took him up on it. But the judges are stunned by the arrangement, saying they’ve never heard of a landlord offering to buy a tenant’s groceries.
