00:05my hat. Wow how realistic is that? Welcome to the Snowy Valley's Sculpture Trail.
00:18The 150 kilometer long treasure hunt consists of over 60 striking sculptures spread between
00:25Adelong and Cancoban. There are a cluster here at Pilot Hill Arboretum near Tumbarumba and my new
00:33friend here well he's called Seated Man and it's by British artist Sean Henry. While many are on the
00:42tracks others are on side tracks hidden deep in the bush where you have to look around and try and
00:49find oh where the sculpture is look at this one. In the other spots you might cross a creek only
01:01to be
01:02quite obviously in front of one of the sculptures.
01:09Others are actually part of the living and dying forest such as this one here called Spirit Run.
01:18Look at that. Now although it hasn't been raining today
01:26these sculptures certainly make it look as if it has. Some are a little bit more conspicuous than others
01:34but this sculpture here at Laurel Hill at the site of the former sugar pine plantation which was destroyed
01:42in the black summer fires it's got to be my favorite. Have a go at it.
02:02Artwork aside the best part of the trail is the epic road trip. You get to drive through spectacular
02:09countryside just don't miss Paddy's River Falls. Oh and keep an eye out near the Victorian border where
02:18these cows look so still and so picture perfect they could be sculptures. But I promise they're not. Look there's
02:29one moving.
