03:03But we cannot understand how anti-incumbency disappears.
03:10Anti-incumbency does not exist in Saddam Hussein's Iraq.
03:19It does not exist in North Korea.
03:23There is no democracy on this planet where anti-incumbency does not exist.
03:28And so this has been a puzzle for us.
03:32Where is the biggest political force of Hindustan?
03:40And we have been looking for the answer and we have found the answer.
03:49The vote is the foundation of our country.
03:54And I want to explain this.
03:57Because from the vote, which is supposed to be protected by the election commission.
04:06Our constitution gets its power.
04:12From the vote, the constitution gets its power.
04:15From the constitution, our laws are made.
04:22And from our laws emerge our institutions.
04:27This is a chain.
04:29And this chain defines modern India.
04:33The thing to understand here is that if the vote has been destroyed, then our constitution has been destroyed.
04:48It no longer has its power.
04:51It no longer functions.
04:53If our constitution has been destroyed, our laws are illegal.
05:00And if our laws are illegal, our institutions are meaningless.
05:07So the central question here is this is not just an attack on the vote.
05:14This is an attack on the idea, on the basic infrastructure, on the expression of every single Indian person.
05:26And we have been saying it again and again and again, that there is a problem with the vote.
05:38The election commission is the institutional protector of this vote.
05:44It is their responsibility to protect the vote.
05:51And then from there everything arises.
05:56If the vote is destroyed, the constitution is not functioning.
06:03Laws are illegal.
06:06Institutions mean nothing.
06:12These are the people who have done this.
06:18And I am not speaking in the air.
06:23I have shown it with proof.
06:25And let me tell you, there is already more than enough information.
