00:04It's been a stud farm here since 1912 and obviously my dad runs it now and I moved
00:13back a couple years ago to get involved and it's about 300 acres in total. We rent a couple of
00:18farms around here to have as auxiliary farms. We have about 50 mayors on the farm and that's
00:23between 50% between us and partners and then long-term clients. We really have some amazing
00:29permanent long-term clients that have been with us for years and years and years and keep their
00:34obviously keep their mayors here full-time. We then fold the mayors down here and we raise the foals
00:38and we either sell them as foals or yearlings and a few of our clients now are racing those progeny
00:44as well. We have a consignment business and we sell quite a lot of foals every year and then we
00:49have
00:49a yearling prep business and then we sell yearlings as well in all the major sales in Europe and then
00:54we also sell mayors for ourselves and for clients. It's had amazing success over the years obviously
01:00and originally would have been part of a farm that my grandfather would have had mayors on
01:06to support his own stallions and would have raced a lot of the progeny but now we've obviously moved
01:11towards a more commercial operation.
01:19Yeah Joanna Walsh obviously has been very special this year. She was born on the farm
01:25to a miracle Miss Aglione and it goes without saying we're very appreciative that Mrs. Choi
01:31Sunderland Holdings has a lot of her mayors here and she obviously bred Joanna Walsh. She was born
01:38here was an amazing filly from day one you know always had that incredible action just a real
01:44beautiful filly really and obviously has an amazing back page with Mechtal in there a good
01:49See the Stars horse. She never really turned a hair wrong she was amazing from day one and you know
01:54Mrs. Choi decided to to send her to Goffs and the second she got up there she was incredibly busy
01:59with lots of people come to see her and we had lots of vetting activity and eventually she was
02:04bought by Wells Watson and sent to Joseph and you know her first couple of runs she showed a bit
02:11of ability but she's really improved throughout the year and what she did in the Irish Oaks was
02:16spectacular really and to be able to have a horse you know produced on the farm for Mrs. Choi that
02:22can
02:22go and do that is really it's just we feel very proud of being able to do that you know
02:28recent years
02:29we've had great success ourselves but to be able to have success for our long-term clients is um you
02:34know it's really special King of Clon was another you know amazing graduate we've had this year um
02:44also sold in Goffs um to Highflower and Joseph O'Brien you know he was very special from day one
02:50again and then went on to do what he did at Ascot winning the Windsor Castle stakes you know we
02:54have
02:54a full brother going this year to Goffs who actually um is kind of a bigger model again because he's
02:59a
03:00second foal um and that same amazing action so hopefully you know he'll go well but again to have
03:06to have a Royal Ascot horse is really what everyone wants these days and although we're kind of known
03:09for um you know more middle distance longer maturing types um it's great to to have a kind of speedier
03:17type like that and especially for a client Senagata who bred King of Clon another amazing horse we've had
03:24as a graduate this year um also from Goffs has been Saxon Street um again bred by Mrs. Choi
03:30Sunderland Holdings so it's great again to have another good horse for her um he was incredible he
03:35won the um the Betfred um Derby trial at Epsom and it's great that he's he's gone and done what
03:41he's
03:41done for Mark Chan who also actually has a couple of mares with us here so it's a real kind
03:45of
03:46roundabout with that horse and obviously we've had Green Empress who we also sold at Goffs
03:51uh again bred by Mrs. Choi so she's you know she's had an incredible year in the track not just
03:56from us but from from mares that she has with uh Bill Dwarren she's had an incredible year um
04:02and Green Empress especially you know she's gone on to win the the debutante stakes
04:07and then was second in the Moyglaire the other day um to obviously a very good filly of Aiden's um
04:12um again she you know she wasn't wasn't one we expected to be out early but she's come and done
04:18what she's done as a two-year-old and you know we'd all imagine she'd get you know really improved
04:22from two to three so she could be anything next year so we've six going to the Orby this year
04:33um
04:34again we like to keep it quite tight we kind of don't want to send 10 or 20 we're only
04:38sending a
04:39select few um we're sending two for Mrs. Choi and um we've got a See the Stars cult to See
04:46the Stars
04:46filly two new bay fillies um and um an Invincible Spirit cult and then obviously King of Clothan's
04:53full brother by Saint Marta Basilica um he's a very special horse he looks a real two-year-old he's
04:59very strong he's got a lot of bone you know he's ready to go um the See the Stars cult
05:04out of Royal
05:05Mila um is very special but will take more time and Royal Mila was a very good race filly and
05:10this is
05:10the first foal bred by Mrs. Choi again um we expect he'll be he'll be quite popular um and then
05:17we have
05:17two very nice new bay fillies um one out of a German group three mare and one from the family
05:23of uh
05:23Winspan and and um Hydrangea and Hawk Mountain and she's uh she's an amazing mover Galileo mare you know
05:33should really be popular for people wanting to get into that with that bloodline the Orby is very
05:38important we have obviously had a very long-standing relationship with with Goffs look we think it's
05:44you know we're all breeding these horses in Ireland I mean we should be selling them here and so we've
05:49always supported them with a good few horses and and our clients also are keen to do that three
05:54quarters of the horses we're sending this year you know are things we've bred ourselves they're the
05:58client horses and we really try to push them in certain directions and we like to send a good few
06:03to
06:03the Orby so um we'd love that to continue in time and they've done done great recently bringing bringing
06:09buyers over from America and more international buyers so we're very keen to support them and try
06:14and grow the book to bring quality horses and then be able to sell them on internationally
