02:21face. The front spacer is 25mm thick. That means the stud ends 0.8mm inside the spacer. On the rear.
02:30The stud protrudes 26mm. And the spacer is 30. The stud sits 4mm short. Both studs sit completely
02:39below the spacer's mounting surface. So the wheel sits fully flat against the spacer.
02:45Metal to metal. 100% contact. No cutting. No grinding. No permanent modification to your
02:51truck. If you ever remove the spacers, the vehicle goes back to 100% stock.
02:59Now the install. Break the lug nuts loose in a star pattern while the truck is still on
03:04the ground. Never loosen them in the air. Jack up the vehicle and always support it with
03:09jack stands. Use a cross wrench to loosen the lug nuts on the side of the wheel in a diagonal
03:15sequence. Wheel off. Clean the hub face. Rust or debris here means the spacer can't seat
03:24flat. Take the extra 5 minutes. Place the spacer onto the hub. The 95mm hub-centric bore slides
03:33on with zero play. The hub carries the load. Not the studs. Thread the Bonas Grade 10 nuts
03:39on by hand first. Always by hand. So you never cross thread.
03:48Then torque in a star pattern. In two passes. The spacer to hub nuts go to 140Nm. Listen
03:55for the click. That's the number. Wheel back on. Factory nuts hand threaded.
04:02Then torque again in a star pattern. This time to the factory wheel spec. 131Nm.
04:09Two different torque values. And they are not interchangeable. 140 for the spacer hardware.
04:15131 for the wheel. Lower the truck. And the other three corners are the exact same process.
04:22Front gets the 25mm spacers. Rear gets the 30s. Don't mix them up. Three things before you drive.
04:30One. Recheck torque after the first 50-100 miles. Both sets of nuts.
04:36Two. Never stack spacers. One correctly sized spacer is the only right way.
04:42Three. Every few tire rotations. Give the hardware a quick torque check.
04:48It takes 5 minutes. And it's cheap insurance. Now, the result. Same fenders. Front. Flush.
