Why does a stock Toyota Land Cruiser 300 need 25mm front / 30mm rear wheel spacers? Because the factory tuck measured 25mm up front and 30mm out back, and we prove the flush result on camera. The result: the shoulder line finally lines up with the wheels the way a GR-S should have looked from the factory.
We walk through how to measure your own tuck with a straight edge, read front and rear numbers, and let the measurements, not guesswork, decide your spacer thickness, then summarize the quick install and the crisscross torque (factory wheel nuts 131Nm, BONOSS lug nuts 140Nm).

Whether you want a true flush stance, to connect the body line, or more track width off-road, this measured Land Cruiser 300 wheel spacers guide shows the numbers and the result. Drop your front and rear tuck measurements in the comments and we'll size your set. Every BONOSS size we make (custom 3–160mm) is linked above. See the full step-by-step install linked below. 00:00Flush. That's how this Land Cruiser's wheels sit right now. Perfectly even with the fenders.
00:05But one hour ago, they were tucked 25mm inside. We measured everything, before and after.
00:11Here's exactly how we got these numbers. This is a 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser 300GRS.
00:18Bone stock, factory wheels, 265-65, or 18 tires, untouched suspension. And like most stock trucks,
00:26the wheels sit inside the fenders. But it looks tucked isn't data. So let's measure it.
00:32Straight edge flat against the fender, down to the outer edge of the tire. Front wheel,
00:3725mm of tuck. Now the rear, 30mm. The rear actually sits deeper than the front,
00:44and that number decides everything about what comes next. Here's where most people get it wrong.
00:49They buy the same thickness for all four corners. But if your front sits 25 in and your rear sits
00:5530,
00:55identical spacers leave one end still tucked, or push the other end past the fender.
01:00So we match the spacer to the measurement. 25mm for the front, 30 for the rear.
01:06The goal was never as wide as possible. The goal is flush. The wheel face, even with the fender,
01:12all four corners. These are Bonas Forged Active Cooling Wheel Spacers.
01:17Forged 6061-T6 aluminum. 6x139.7 bolt pattern. 95mm hub-centric bore.
01:28And before they go on, we verify the size on the bench. Calipers on the front spacer, 25.0.
01:34The rear, 30.0. Exactly what we ordered. The install itself is straightforward.
01:40Star pattern to break the lugs. Jack stands for safety, always. Clean the hub so the spacer seats
01:48perfectly flat. The 95mm bore slides on with zero play. Torque in a star pattern in two passes to
01:57factory spec. Wheels back on, torque again, and we're done. For corners, same process. The full
02:04step-by-step install, every torque value, every check, is linked below. This video is about the
02:10numbers. Now the moment of truth. Same camera position. Front wheel, the tire face is flush
02:17with the fender. 25mm of tuck, gone. Rear wheel, flush. 30mm, gone. And this is the whole point of
02:25measuring first. Nothing sticks out past the body. Nothing rubs. Factory suspension untouched.
02:31The offset correction is exactly what the numbers said we needed. Not a guess. Not close enough.
02:37Zero. And this is what those numbers look like. Before on the left, after on the right.
02:42The shoulder line of the Land Cruiser 300 finally connects with the wheels. From the front three-quarter,
02:48the stance is wider, planted, the way a GRS should have looked from the factory. No new wheels.
02:54No suspension work. Two spacers, sized by a tape measure. If your Land Cruiser 300 has that
03:01same sunken look, here's the takeaway. Don't guess a size. Grab a straight edge, measure your tuck,
03:07front, and rear. Your numbers tell you exactly what you need. Every size we make is linked in
03:12the description. Thanks for watching. We'll see you in the next one.
