00:31bonuses you know not the investment we need in the infrastructure and bills
00:36going up for people so it's the different models there are different ways of doing
00:41it he's done it one way in Greater Manchester with the with the buses but
00:44public control for public good that is what he is about and I think it's the
00:49right approach.
