00:17what i picked up for the family food shop this week and as you can see as usual these days
00:23we've
00:23gone back to sainsbury's just because it's so handy and we spent just under 70 pounds but i feel
00:29there's quite a lot here so i'll just show you as usual everything that i picked up so of course
00:35jasper snacks that he likes and then some of the nature valley crunchy oat and honey some of the
00:42fake weatabix there are 48 in here so that'll keep mr what's for tea regular for a wee while and
00:48then
00:49a double pack of kitchen towels as well i go through those you know quite quickly and then a bunch
00:55of
00:55bananas and these ones look really nice sometimes they look not so great and a bit green but those
01:00are lovely and then some barbecue proper chips those are the lentil chips which were on offer as were
01:06the mccoy's steak and then a wee swede as well just for the side of something that i can't remember
01:13at
01:13the moment but it will go at the side of something a big bottle of bold for the washing and
01:19this one
01:20smells lovely having this one before and then a great big one kilo bag of the macaroni that we like
01:26this is the marshall's macaroni and then a bag of penny as well i prefer penny it's my pasta of
01:33choice
01:33that's a really good brand and again on offer a couple of tins of the branston beans these are
01:38making a goldilocks of beans you know not too thick not too thin just right and then i've seen this
01:45marry me sauce and i reckon this is new i have made marry me chicken before but i'm going to
01:50give
01:50this a go to see if it's as good as homemade probably not but it was an offer as was
01:56the coffee
01:57half price and then two packs of the tuna as well which we go through really quickly a couple of
02:04packs
02:04of the pasta and sauce for the cupboard i like just to have this and for a quick lunch or
02:09dinner even
02:10you know it doesn't take any time at all a couple of belgian buns from greg's mr what's for t

02:16these up he loves these and then a pack of the golden vegetable rice just for a change i don't
02:22think
02:22i've tried this one but i've seen lots of folk buy this so i'm going to give it a go
02:26and then a small
02:27tin of the lean ham which i like and it's pretty good on protein it's quite high in salt though
02:33so do
02:34watch you know if you watch your salt intake a wee lemon for some fish and chips i feel as
02:39though we
02:39haven't had for ages some of the slim fast bars which are lovely whether you're watching your
02:44calories or not they're great some of the fake sugar and then my usual mccain jacket potatoes for
02:51the freezer this fish always seems to be half price and we really like it you know so it's a
02:57bargain
02:58as far as we're concerned and then a packet of the cooked ham as well just for you know rolls
03:04or
03:04sandwiches or whatever we fancy throughout the week and then a big bag of garden peas again just
03:11to pop into the freezer things i don't like to run out of and then a wee pot of coleslaw
03:17as well for
03:18the side of the fish and chips just for a change from our usual tartar sauce and then for yoghurt

03:24two of the mango papaya and passion fruit and one of my skier as well and that was everything that

03:31picked up in sainsbury's but i do need to get to the butcher for some chicken breast but i think
03:36that's about it that will do us through for the next week or so so thank you so much for
