A week’s worth of Sainsbury’s Scotland groceries, all for just over £75, with a proper mix of everyday essentials, meal ideas, and a few bargain finds. Cheryl shares a family grocery haul from what’s for tea, stopping at Sainsbury’s because it’s the easiest place to pick up most of what they need, though she still plans a separate butcher trip for chicken, mince, and steak.

There are basics like bananas, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms, butter, custard, baked beans, toilet rolls, and fresh soup, plus treats and meal starters such as shortbread fingers, Jamaican ginger cake, cheese and garlic bread, enchilada kit, Caesar salad, fish pie sides, and bacon pieces. She also picked up protein bars, Blueberries, layered yogurt, grated coconut, cooking chocolate, and a few items for the freezer and snack drawer.

If you enjoy UK grocery hauls, Sainsbury’s shopping trips, family food hauls, and realistic weekly supermarket shops, this is an easy watch for meal planning ideas and everyday inspiration. It’s also a useful browse for viewers searching Scottish grocery haul, budget supermarket haul, Sainsbury’s haul UK, and family food shopping ideas.

00:05well hello there folks and a very warm welcome back to what's for tea it's lovely to see you
00:11all again and i hope that i find you well and you've had a good week and managing to get
00:15everything that you need and we've gone back to sainsbury's as usual just because you know there
00:20are very few substitutions i can get everything that i need without having to go to multiple
00:25different shops so yes sainsbury's it is but i do still need to get to the butcher
00:29for chicken and minced beef and steak as well so we're just over 75 pounds and i'll just show you
00:36everything that i picked up in no particular order so i've got some shortbread fingers really easy to
00:42make your own but these are really nice ones and they were on offer my usual bananas and then some
00:48tender stem broccoli as well and then a cabbage we're going to be having a fish pie at some point
00:55so i thought a cabbage would be nice with that and then some parsley just to add a pop of
01:00color
01:01to most things a big bag of my usual tatties these toilet rolls were originally nearly 10 pounds but
01:09they were half price which is great but what is making these 10 pounds i've got no idea but i
01:15got
01:15them anyway because they were half price a couple of packs of square sausage and then this was a
01:21substitution for my usual wrap so the sourdough which will be nice and then this butter was also
01:28an offer some of the slim fast bars which are lovely whether you're watching your calories or not
01:33they are delicious uh jamaica ginger cake just to go with some custard something else that's really easy
01:40to make but it's handy just to have in the drawer some of my protein bars which were in quite
01:46a good
01:46offer so i've got a few of these just for the snack drawer i like the grenade bars and then
01:52some
01:52blueberries from tesco because i didn't think that i'd added them to the shop and turns out i had so
01:58i've got two packs of blueberries the chunky spaghetti which i love and then an enchilada kit as well
02:04haven't had these for ages some of the nature valley bars which mr what's for tea likes and then also
02:11the frosties bars which he also likes i'm not keen on anything like that and then i needed some cooking
02:17chocolate for a recipe that i've got coming up the same with the desiccated coconut as part of the same
02:24recipe a couple of cans of the baxter's lentil and bacon this is one of my favorites and then i
02:30seen this
02:31and i thought it looked lovely right up my street and then just one of the tomato some sweet corn
02:37for the
02:38fish pie that i'm going to be doing this is another ingredient for the recipe so you've probably worked
02:43it out by now a couple of these layered yogurt so you get the greek yogurt the berry compote and
02:49the
02:50bottom and then the muesli or the the topping for the top i had something similar in starbucks recently
02:56and they're really nice and then a pack of surface wipes some custard just to have alongside that
03:03jamaican ginger cake some mushrooms as well i need some mushrooms for a couple of different things
03:10and the white ones are absolutely fine i got some bacon medallions for a caesar salad that we're going
03:16to be having and then my usual mccain jacket potatoes for the freezer and this is the second box of
03:23blueberries so yeah we've got lots of blueberries now but looking at the difference between the
03:28sands bread and the tesco ones i think the tesco ones look a lot nicer so yeah i will report
03:34back
03:34on those some cheesy garlic bread as well and then a caesar salad kit so i'm just going to add
03:41some
03:41chicken and i'm going to make my own croutons to add to that just one pot of the large yogurt
03:48and then
03:48some of the fresh soup as well and i thought this one looked lovely this is the roast chicken and
03:54vegetable and then a four pack of baked beans as well and that was everything that i got from
04:00sainsbury's but like i said i do need to get to the butcher as well for minced beef chicken breast
