00:16A hero does not define your strength nor your powers, but your determination to do what's
00:23right. And the Avengers are the figures to be reckoned with that make up your mankind.
00:29They are the heroes of Marvel.
01:11In order to understand the Avengers' current mission in the secret invasion, you must
01:18understand the history of the insidious shapeshifters known as Skrulls.
01:25Millions of years ago, deep within the galaxy, the Skrulls expanded out of their home galaxy,
01:32establishing an intergalactic empire. They discovered the Kree homeworld of Hala.
01:40The Skrulls decided to see how worthy they were, and devised a test by putting their planet
01:47under a hologram lockdown without their consent whatsoever, and the Kree race were left to
01:54accomplish whatever they could.
01:59All units of combat possession!
02:10Enraged of their unjust imprisonment, upon being released, the Kree launched a vicious attack
02:16attack on the Skrulls, slaughtering half their population.
02:34Due to the vast distances between the Skrull and Kree galaxies, the Aeon's old war continued
02:41without a permanent conclusion. As they fought each other on their individual planets, with
02:48never a clear victor or loser, and in the process, both empires got stronger and prospered.
02:56The two empires were too evenly matched, and therefore were unable to achieve a decisive victory.
03:04...
03:39No!
03:43No!
03:47No!
03:49No!
03:59Their hatred would last for many centuries, until one day, the Kree made their mark on Earth, which would kickstart
04:09the Avenger Initiative.
04:11This made the Skrull race jealous, and in order to outdo their enemy, they hatched an invasion plan of their
04:19own, but with more resourceful intentions.
04:23As you may have theorised, the Skrulls have already been on Earth for quite a while, taking on forms of
04:30almost half the population in the city, including some of the Avengers.
04:37The thought of this alone makes me uptight.
04:40The Avengers are used to physical threats that they can fight and defeat.
04:46But how are they supposed to deal with a threat that attacks them from within?
04:55I count six hours he's been interrogated now, for poor soul.
04:58I don't think he's entitled to our pity at this time.
05:02For a lone prisoner, the commander certainly has a solid stamina.
05:06I'm surprised he hasn't been executed.
05:09Maybe that's why he's the commander.
05:12Because of his stamina and his reputation.
05:15This is your last chance, lizard chump.
05:18Unless you want our beasts as your cellmate, you will spill everything you know about your army's forthcoming invasion.
05:24I can only tell you what I already know.
05:27My fleet are currently floating above your city.
05:31When the time's right, they'll blend in among your civilians and recover any tech that'll improve our own.
05:37You seem to have little to lose with all the info you're willing to spill.
05:41I'm just telling you what I already know.
05:44If you're depending on fibs to determine your fate, then the truth will be no savior for you.
05:48Don't fret.
05:50Everything I displayed is entirely for truth.
05:53And if I perish today, it will only motivate my fleet to carry out our scavenger hunt.
06:00Based on your battleship's current position, do you want to tell us what your fleet's current status is?
06:05They are armed and ready to go.
06:08Once our choice of items is in our line of possessing, they'll make their move.
06:14Besides, there's something that my army are keen to get their hands on.
06:20That you lot are in possession of right now.
06:23And what would that be?
06:25That infinity stone.
06:27In fact, I hear you have more than one.
06:41This is so...cosmetic.
06:45I've seen things beyond cosmetic.
06:47What are we looking at here anyways?
06:50Both gems seem to be akin with each other.
06:53Based on the experiments, they appear to resist physical constitution.
06:58For Mus'lot anyway.
07:00I think it was right to keep these out the government's eyesight for the time being.
07:05So these stones must be untouched by human hands.
07:09How would it apply to aliens?
07:12Just out of curiosity.
07:13What are you getting at?
07:15This may sound a bit...savage.
07:18And I'm only just suggesting, so please hear me out.
07:22But how about we let our alien friend down there have a hold of one of them?
07:27So basically you want to use our prisoner as a lamb for slaughter.
07:35I think it's a good idea.
07:37Tony, are you off your nut?
07:39You want to resort to torture for the scroll?
07:42Okay, I missed the part where it's a bad idea.
07:45Save as comrades kill a group of civilians. How would you feel then?
07:48That doesn't give us the right to stoop to their level.
07:51We've been doing this for nearly a year now.
07:53And I'm not overly keen on producing abuse on any being.
07:56Friend or foe.
07:57Cap has a point guys.
08:00Two wrongs don't make a right.
08:02We'll only be painting a bad image of the Avengers to the public.
08:06Point taken again Cap.
08:08Has he said anything yet?
08:10Not even the Hulk's presence made him squeal.
08:13I don't know whether the lizard's brave or just stupid.
08:16You'd be surprised on the scroll's loyalty.
08:21What's going on with the warship?
08:23Rhodey, Vision, how's it looking out there?
08:26Nothing new.
08:28The ship's making it's umpteenth round above the city.
08:33Just seeing it alone is making me hungry for a war.
08:36I haven't been in the Avengers for long.
08:38But wouldn't violence beget violence?
08:41If we attack first?
08:43Hey, relax Vision, I was being sarcastic.
08:46But then again it'd be foolish to let those scrolls make the first move.
08:53Looks like you're not the only one eager to strike.
09:04Forgive me about the beast, Commander.
09:07I was following your order to blend within our enemies by any means necessary.
09:14And that's why I employed you to take the form of the director.
09:18A spy for a spy.
09:19I feel honored because I now have two of those cosmetic gems within our reach.
09:26When do you want to take that leap of faith?
09:30I want to get out of this dump.
09:33It stinks.
09:33And I think I'll take over as that prophetic director now.
09:39Marvelous choice, Commander.
10:01Marvelous choice, Commander.
10:01A place in modern genre is the same.
10:04Wow, let's take their banner to just kind of now.
10:07X-O-Zm, sẽ co Rhode or l practise?
10:11As a Half X-E-Tron klats, Floyd and Krusatskin,
10:11If we went to India,
10:18Open fire.
10:25Rhodes, they're firing at the park.
10:28Avengers, the Skrothing's making a move.
10:30They're opening fire within the city.
10:32There may be civilians in there.
10:35We need to rescue them, pronto.
10:37Not fair.
10:38Only Hulk smashers.
10:47Avengers, we need an assistance with the ship.
10:49I'm on it.
10:54I'm gonna go ground the ship.
10:57You guys secure the stones.
11:00Well, shouldn't we go as backup if it involves civilian casualties?
11:03The guys will cope with Hulk and Carol.
11:06The Skrothes are only making a move because of the stones.
11:09We need to keep these under lock and key.
11:11So, for the first time, we're avenging by not avenging.
11:16You'll get your chance to swing your axe for.
11:19You've just got to have a little bit of patience.
11:22Because patience is the key to victory.
11:25What's going on out there?
11:27Those Skrulls are making a move.
11:29Rhodes, Vision, Hulk and Danvers are dealing with it right now.
11:43On fire.
11:50So, while the big boys will play, the scientists will stay and guard the key to all of this.
11:54Correct.
11:56You should probably stay put, Fury, and have a little patience if you're craving for victory.
12:01All in good time, Thor.
12:03Cap?
12:03Are those Skrulls putting up a good fight?
12:07Carol, how are we looking with the Skrull fleet?
12:09It's certainly the shoot first, ask questions later type.
12:25Activate the Sonic Beam.
12:27And get rid of that hideous collier.
12:51Carol, how are you getting on?
12:53You should be seeing the belly of the ship in a minute or so.
12:56It's heading your way.
13:03Oh, it better not be a hideous sight.
13:05Best not to jinx it, in case it is in your words hideous.
13:10Right.
13:10Better seal these up.
13:12That won't be necessary.
13:14Why?
13:15Throughout my years of conquest, I've always viewed this mission as an old precious tree.
13:21I've made it my top priority to keep this tree upright.
13:25Even if it meant clipping a few branches along the way.
13:29I never knew your strategy was based on trees.
13:32You should probably have left me out of this.
13:34Give him a chance to finish.
13:38Forgive me for being an old grumpy lot.
13:41But the Avenger initiative will never last.
13:43Just like all things in life.
13:46But that doesn't mean you have to let it end on a foul note.
13:50In defiance of the greater good, whatever happens down the road,
13:54I would like you lot to promise me that you would just take it with a grain of moon dust
13:59and keep moving forward with your lives.
14:02You're such a grump, aren't you, Nick?
14:07Scott?
14:07We may have only known each other for a few months.
14:11But if there's anything I know all too well about you, Nick,
14:14is that you're not overly fond on being called a grump.
14:18Is that correct, Nick?
14:27I was hoping we could do this the easy way, but...
14:31Let's quit this rumbling and just get this over with.
15:02Did your dopey lizard really think you had his fault there?
15:05Because he didn't fool me, certainly.
15:07Okay, babe, we get it.
15:09Does anybody have a visual on the prisoner?
15:12I'm right here.
15:14Save you the hassle of getting me mixed up with my endless brigade.
15:18I think we'll take up your offer in getting this over with.
15:21Lay down your weapons.
15:23Get down on your knees.
15:24And place your hands behind your heads.
15:26I'm afraid we must decline our surrender.
15:30We're going to walk out of here with the stoves.
15:32And you're not going to put up a fight.
15:35War criminals do not get to make requests.
15:37Not on this planet.
15:49Listen here, you Skrull Buckweed.
15:50If you've been disguised as our friends the whole time,
15:52then where's the real Fury?
15:54Don't worry.
15:56Fury, Romanoff, and Barton are taking a nice long nap.
16:00Comatose to be precise.
16:02And you can join them too.
16:05If you choose to fight, that is.
16:07Yeah, we'll take up our chances.
16:09Yeah, because we're the Avengers.
16:14Then I will bid you godspeed, Avengers.
16:18Kirk Hunter.
16:18Shoot.
16:27Listen.
16:27Oh, fuck.
16:29Oh, fuck.
16:30Oh, fuck.
16:31Oh, fuck.
16:37Oh, fuck.
16:38Ah, fuck.
16:39Oh, fuck.
16:41Oh, fuck.
17:04Brace for impact, we're going down.
17:07Let loose the creatures.
17:26Wow, do you always do that?
17:28Only to get out of a bad situation.
17:32I'm surprised my abilities apply to warships.
17:35What about the fleet down there?
17:41Hmm, I say we give them a minute head start.
17:44Forget the ship, what about our friends?
17:47Based on the coordinates of that airstrike, the chances of survival are very minimum.
17:52Guys, Steve, are you guys alright?
17:59Steve, do you read me?
18:03Does anybody read me over?
18:07Is anybody alive in there?
18:13I'm here.
18:14The sort of Odin still breathes, only just over...
18:20Is everyone alright?
18:22Anybody injured?
18:23Woo!
18:24This is nothing.
18:26It's like being in a...
18:27A ball pit.
18:28Yeah, like a ball pit.
18:30That's good to hear because...
18:32This has lost me a wing.
18:34The Skrulls.
18:35They've done a runner.
18:37We need to locate them immediately.
18:39Forget that.
18:39What about the stones?
18:42Guys, what the hell is going on in there?
18:45They have the stones.
18:47Those Skrulls were disguised as Fury, Romanoff and Barton for a whole time.
18:52And they've got enough.
18:54So we gotta play Nido in the haystack with stones?
18:58Great.
19:05You say who them Skrulls were disguised as?
19:09I think I may have located them.
19:16That's who they say they were disguised as?
19:19Hold it right there.
19:23What?
19:23Hey, whoa there.
19:24I've only just woken up.
19:25What is all this?
19:25What's going on here, guys?
19:27You've got three seconds to turn back into your true forms before we go combat mode on you.
19:33You gotta be kidding me.
19:35Ma'am, if you're referring to those Skrulls, I can assure you that we are the real deal here.
19:40They load us in this hangar.
19:41Huh?
19:42If there's gonna be any real deals, they're gonna be from me.
19:46How do we tell they are not Skrulls?
19:49Hmm.
19:51Natasha, remember when Cap offered me a place in the Avenger Initiative after my performance at Stark Industries, and I
19:57declined for the time being because of Tony?
19:59What did you say afterwards?
20:02Well, I said bros before hoes.
20:07Barton.
20:08Run me through your family status.
20:11Well, I have a wife named Laura, two kids, Cooper and Lila, and my mother's name is Edith Theory.
20:19What is the very last status you want to be addressed by?
20:22Nick.
20:23Never Nick.
20:25Always Fury.
20:26Along with the fact that I don't like to be addressed as a grump.
20:29And if you want to be extra cautious if I'm a human or not, if my toast is cut diagonally,
20:34I can't eat it.
20:36Carol, do as our boss says and stand down.
20:39What happened to you guys?
20:41They came while I was hiding from Ultron.
20:44I was meeting up with Nat and Barton when they needed assistance over the disappearance of Stark and Thor.
20:49It was during that when those Skrulls lured us into the hangar, disguised as Steven Thor for an urgent matter.
20:57They then injected us with something and we pretty much took a long nap.
21:03Well, welcome back guys.
21:05We'll explain everything to you as soon as we find the real enemy.
21:09Oh no you don't!
21:12Okay, let's start again shall we?
21:14Wait, stand down.
21:15They're the real deal.
21:17Rhodey identified them.
21:19It's good to see you guys in one piece.
21:22Particularly you, Fury.
21:24Sorry if you struggled in my absence, Cap.
21:26But I think it gave you guys the boost you needed.
21:29A few more days and we would have smashed this place to the ground before the Skrulls came along.
21:34Speaking of Skrulls, we need to locate them.
21:36They've got the stones and lord knows where they are now.
21:39Or what they have up their cloaks.
21:41Then I say we create a perimeter.
21:43Stark and I will tell you should consider your defeat a blessing in disguise.
21:51If you look around you for once, no lives have been taken.
21:57And the demolition to your precious facility is hardly the end of the world.
22:01I'm sorry, we don't care about Skrull poetry.
22:04We're only going to ask you this once.
22:07Surrender the stones right this second and we may allow you to leave this planet in one piece.
22:12You know what the species problem with life is?
22:15Reluctance to change.
22:17You want to cling on to life the way it is.
22:19And when the next stage of progression comes along.
22:27It overwhelms you like poison.
22:31We would empathize with your kind.
22:34But us lizard mutants have our own priorities.
22:37And these stones will put our feebleness to bed once and for all.
22:41And our priorities will be anything more than legend to your kind.
22:45And soon, you will be at the mercy of our tech-
22:55Then I will bid your fleet godspeed.
23:02Avengers!
23:06Assemble.
23:09Yeah!
23:35I have the mind stone secured.
23:37It'll be in my head for now.
23:47Please stop checking on me.
23:49I can cope one wing or not.
23:51Hey, hey, I'm not.
23:53I'm just interminoring your skills.
23:58Can a pair of you quit flirting and show some love to these Skrulls, please?
24:24We love you too, Hulk.
24:27Does anyone have a visual on the commander?
24:29He should have the power stone on him.
24:31It's pretty difficult to identify someone that looks exactly the same as everyone else.
24:38If I were protecting a valuable item, I'd get it as far away as possible.
24:56We need to locate any Skrull that's outside this hellhole.
24:59Already on one.
25:01Already on one.
25:03It's not here.
25:18This is definitely a game of Nido in the haystack.
25:21Well, these beasts are definitely doing a good job on that.
25:24We'll never find the stones in this capacity.
25:27We need to get the beasts out of the way.
25:29Hulk and I will deal with the beasts.
25:31Get them off your trail.
25:31You lot take care of those shapeshifting bars.
25:43That's them taken care of.
25:45Now we can focus on finding the stone Skrull.
25:47All those airborne, scout the battlefield and locate the commander.
25:52Isn't everyone forgetting something?
25:54They can shapeshift into us, remember?
25:56Scott's right.
25:57They may be crazy, but they're certainly not stupid.
26:02I think I've got my own a few possibilities.
26:08Already on it.
26:16You know what to do.
26:31Any luck, Cap?
26:44Steve!
26:56You may as well have left me comatose.
26:58We now have one less threat to deal with.
27:01You just stay put.
27:02Oh, by the way, take this and...
27:13Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
27:15Get away from him, Nat.
27:16That's not me.
27:17No, Nat.
27:18He's the imposter.
27:19He took the shield from me while I was covering for you.
27:23Nat.
27:31Hi, Steve.
27:33Okay, this day keeps getting weirder and weirder.
27:38Bucky.
27:39How did you even know it wasn't the real me?
27:41We fought together in the war, Steve.
27:44I was able to figure it out.
27:46And because Captain America would never take any hostages,
27:49from what I've looked up in the museum anyways.
27:52What brings you out in the open anyways,
27:55considering you're a wanted assassin?
27:57I thought I'd turn over a new leave
27:58and atone for my sins in the process.
28:06I've got this.
28:16Right.
28:17We'll deal with your pardoning later.
28:36I've got a visual under-commander.
28:39Where, Clint?
28:46Thanks for the mark.
28:48Thanks for the mark.
29:07It's over, Commander.
29:09Hand over the stone
29:10and we will accept your surrender.
29:12You Avengers are quite demolished lot.
29:16This is hardly progression.
29:18You start another one of your future monologues
29:20and I will obliviate you to the gates of hell.
29:24Then I will get to the point
29:26and display the change that you lot fear so much.
29:31I wouldn't do that if I were you.
29:33You're right.
29:35You wouldn't.
29:36But I would.
29:38Something tells me you're not familiar
29:39with the energy those stones contain.
29:41One of the things we can all agree on
29:44is the world only makes sense if you force it to.
29:48And I'm going to claim that power
29:50the Skrull Empire has long and late in God.
30:13Well, that confirms my earlier theory.
30:16The energy of the stones also applies to aliens.
30:19I knew we should have done that experiment earlier.
30:21All the shape-shifting.
30:23All the invasion.
30:25All for a few stones.
30:27May he be in a better place
30:30that provides justice for these species.
30:32Wait a minute.
30:36He's still alive!
30:41Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
30:43Hey, can you hear me?
30:49Do you think we should help him?
30:51I don't see how.
30:52It's not like the human race
30:54have any knowledge
30:54on curing a barbecued alien.
30:57You're full of surprises.
30:59Looking down on you, though,
31:02I only feel pity for you.
31:04Despite your desire for the stones
31:06and for the reckoning of our planet.
31:11If it's any comfort,
31:15I'm not the only one
31:17that craves for the possession
31:19of these infinity stones.
31:23What does that mean?
31:24Come closer, please.
31:29From the unordered to
31:32seeking these infinity stones,
31:35I don't know how to do it.
31:37I don't know how to do it.
31:38Once he gets his hand done
31:39on the strength,
31:40the universe will be divided
31:43with the will of the kingdom of God.
31:46Thanks
31:47for your mercy,
31:50our vengeance.
31:59What?
32:00What did he say to you?
32:02Nothing that we can't handle.
32:04If we can all survive
32:05a warfare like this,
32:07then we can just about
32:08take on anything.
32:09And that's why
32:10I putted this team together.
32:12You lot may not realize this,
32:14but this is the motivation
32:15we all needed
32:17to deal with the threats
32:18that mankind could never fought.
32:20Thanks for the pep talk, Nick.
32:22I hate to cut a victory party short,
32:25but I believe not every
32:26scroll is accounted for.
32:28And the Winter Soldier
32:29has been spotted
32:30outside the grounds.
32:32So basically,
32:33we're not done yet?
32:35You can't be serious.
32:36She's right.
32:38Based on how far the scrolls
32:39are willing to go
32:40to invade us,
32:41who knows what other threat
32:43lies out there.
32:44I was just getting started anyways.
32:47Asgard would love to hear
32:48about this never-ending tale.
32:50Very well.
32:51Cap,
32:52what's our next orders?
32:55We clean up.
32:57Round up the remaining scrolls
32:59and keep going.
33:01And God bless this country.
33:03And clean up they did.
33:06The Avengers proceeded
33:07to hunt down
33:08the remaining rogue
33:09of scrolls in the city,
33:11with little to less
33:12collateral damage, thankfully.
33:17However,
33:18veering the commander's dying
33:20and ambiguous words,
33:22Thor decided to return to Asgard
33:24to follow up on the scrolls' desire
33:26for invading Earth.
33:28And Captain Marvel
33:29proceeded to return to space
33:31and deal with various conflicts
33:33on multiple planets
33:35that could risk carrying out to Earth.
33:38On a more positive
33:40and hopeful note,
33:42the public reception
33:43of the Avengers
33:43went up positively sky-high,
33:46with mankind admiring
33:48their many heroic acts.
33:50To quote Captain America
33:52during a recent ceremony,
33:54If more of us valued food
33:56and cheer
33:57and song above hoarded gold,
34:00it would be a merrier world.
34:01And the more would be the merrier,
34:04as the Avengers would go on
34:05to inspire many beings
34:07to follow the path
34:08of a superhero,
34:10thus resulting
34:11in more super-powered beings
34:13coming forward,
34:15and in time,
34:16dare I say,
34:17secret societies.
34:20This would in turn
34:21grow the Avenger initiative
34:23into a bigger family,
34:25and for the longest time,
34:26no matter who they are,
34:28big or small,
34:30old or young,
34:32nothing could ever overwhelm
34:34Earth's mightiest heroes.
34:37That is,
34:38until the next fret
34:39comes their way.
34:41But those are tales
34:43for another day.
34:58what do you see?
35:00People have been
35:00without telling me
35:00So,
35:00In the neighboring
35:00Or am a type of
35:12dare I?
35:13So,
35:14how do you see?
