00:00But I meant to beat her ass to go in.
00:02She asked for help.
00:03I appreciate it.
00:04She was like, can you please help me?
00:06And like quietly, like, I got gas on her head.
00:09She has marks on her wrists and on her, her like ankles were that's consistent with being
00:14tied to a chair.
00:17It's just before 9 a.m. in Marion County, Florida, where police respond to a report
00:22of a runaway juvenile that is about to lead to a sinister discovery.
00:34I don't mind the walk.
00:36I sit in that dang car all day.
00:39As the deputy makes her way to the front porch of the home, she's informed that the missing
00:44girl was last seen wearing a bathing suit around 7 a.m. before family members share some alarming
00:50alleged history.
00:51There's a little opening right there and you can walk around.
00:55I'm not always home.
00:58Not in a bathing suit.
01:00No, she probably grabbed her clothes.
01:02You know, no, she ran down the highway and pouring rain.
01:07Because she likes to.
01:09She is not.
01:11When was the last time she made any homicidal statements?
01:14She don't make homicidal, homicidal.
01:17That's where you hurt somebody.
01:19Last night she wanted to kill her, but didn't help.
01:21What did she say?
01:23Because I got them.
01:23I said, what are you doing?
01:24This guy, well, there's a heart spay.
01:26I got out.
01:27I haven't even died.
01:27I could have had the phones.
01:29And that's why I beat her ass.
01:34Then she don't hurt herself.
01:36She doesn't.
01:36She never has.
01:37It's just people.
01:38Other people?
01:39No, she did with the tongue situation.
01:41When was that?
01:41She'll make wounds on herself.
01:43So one time the fire department was there.
01:45I think this is right when?
01:47No, it was the cops.
01:48The cops.
01:49She made.
01:49She hasn't had a chew in her tongue.
01:51Okay.
01:52That's.
01:52But she like did it so like she could blame it all.
01:55Because sometimes she'll do injuries and blame it all.
01:57Yeah, when we had to pick up sticks to steal and trick to knowledge from the school.
02:02She went back and told the teachers the next day that she was.
02:06Deputies identify the woman seen here as 57-year-old Tammy Coughin.
02:11The adoptive mother of the missing teen.
02:13Who admits to quote beating her.
02:15After she says the teen threatened to burn the house down.
02:18But officials are about to learn there may be much more to the story as the investigation continues.
02:25They know her, Laisha, wasn't.
02:27But it's her way of not picking up sticks.
02:31We're paying a thousand dollars fine that she did.
02:34And then when she did the fifty dollars, we had to pay that back.
02:37And she's working there.
02:38So she has no phone.
02:39Nope.
02:40Yeah, I got her tablet here and on my phone.
02:42And all the computers are here.
02:44Next, another deputy arrives at the home.
02:47This keeps getting weird about this.
02:49What's going on?
02:50It just gets weird about this.
02:52So what's going on?
02:53Um, so last thing at seven, she was making her wear a two-piece bathing suit in the house just
03:02to make sure she didn't have any weapons on her.
03:04They don't know if she took clothes with her when she left.
03:08Convinced, but she's convinced that she's on her way to school.
03:12Um, but she doesn't have a phone to get a ride or anything.
03:17Let's go, she did.
03:19Phone.
03:24While investigators begin looking for the teen, another deputy is waved down by a concerned couple near a convenience store
03:31in the area.
03:31Uh, we just want help and she asked for help.
03:33I appreciate it.
03:34She was like, can you please help me?
03:36And like, quietly, like, I got gas on her head.
03:39Her head is best.
03:40It's okay.
03:40Just tell them the truth.
03:41Be honest with her.
03:42Maybe you can take it to the apartment house or something.
03:44I don't know.
03:44We'll figure it out.
03:45We'll figure it out.
03:45Sorry about it.
03:46I appreciate it.
03:47No, I appreciate it.
03:49Deputies positively identify the teen seen here as the missing juvenile and note a visible head injury alongside ligature marks
03:57on her wrists and ankles.
04:00You're okay.
04:01How'd that happen?
04:02Because I was tied in a chair with, what's it called?
04:08I'm not measuring tape.
04:10It's just white.
04:1155, 30, 7, Mary.
04:13What?
04:14I'm 10, 12 with a ceiling weight.
04:16Like, this stuff that you put on your arms, there's marks to it.
04:19Back to y'all.
04:20I'll be right next to the Scrambletown store.
04:22I was there, and then she threw, like, this portable charger at me, and it got my head.
04:27I told her I was bleeding.
04:28She said, why would you think I would care if you were bleeding?
04:31And she said, and then she said how she's going to kill me today.
04:37And I felt scared, so I ran away.
04:40I was so scared.
04:40I wasn't even in clothes or nothing.
04:41I just got these on.
04:43I didn't even get shoes, and I ran.
04:45You're like, I don't want to go back.
04:49Okay.
04:50The teen makes disturbing allegations against Tammy, accusing the 57-year-old of tying her
04:55to a chair with zip thighs, threatening to kill her, and throwing a cell phone charger
04:59at her head.
05:01Moments later, deputies at the home informed Tammy that her adoptive daughter has been found.
05:07All right, we found her.
05:08What?
05:09She's at the Scrambletown store.
05:11Really?
05:11Yeah.
05:12Where's your hot...
05:13Where is she?
05:14Oh, it's...
05:15I gotta go...
05:15I gotta go down there.
05:16My partner found her.
05:18Really?
05:19Mm-hmm.
05:21So apparently she has a head injury, so...
05:22Really?
05:23Yeah, I don't know what the dealio is, but if you want to grab...
05:28Grab, we go...
05:29Okay.
05:30We found her.
05:33Scrambletown store.
05:34Kelly's.
05:35Come out here, please.
05:37Why does she have a head injury?
05:40And she has a head injury.
05:42Not by name.
05:44That's not what we're going to say.
05:45We're just kidding.
05:45No.
05:46She...
05:47She's got a head injury, so the medics are on their way if you want to come see her.
05:51Can we go?
05:51Can we have a head injury?
05:52I don't know.
05:53Can we go?
05:54Let me grab your keys.
05:56Okay, I'll meet you guys down there.
05:57Okay.
05:57As the suspect and deputy make their way to the victim's location, one official continues
06:02speaking with the team.
06:03Is it possible signal zero?
06:04Is it hard and feel safe?
06:0510-54 on signal zero, 10-54 on kilo.
06:08Can we have medics respond to reference to a head injury to the signal?
06:12I'm right here for...
06:13She was telling me she was tied up, and I'll do...
06:16Her hands were tied up.
06:17She had to kick her...
06:18Where's your wrist at?
06:19Let me see them.
06:22I think...
06:22I don't know if it's still on my ankle.
06:24Yeah, it's still on my ankle.
06:26Okay.
06:26Okay.
06:27Alright.
06:28Go ahead and eat your food.
06:29Sit tight, okay?
06:30We'll deal with it.
06:35Be respectful.
06:36We'll try to get you guys help, okay?
06:38Something for you and me can get a long bit or something, okay?
06:41And I'll be praying for you.
06:43Alright.
06:43Thank you, guys.
06:47Well, I have to go back.
06:49I don't...
06:50I can't say yes or no, okay?
06:52Because of what's happening, we've got a lot of investigating to do.
06:56Alright.
06:57The chair's still in there with the tires and stuff.
07:01I'm able to slip through them.
07:03Slip through them?
07:04Mm-hmm.
07:05Okay.
07:06Go ahead and eat your food.
07:105537, can you have 6902 respond to my location?
07:13Can I sit in the car?
07:14Yeah, sure.
07:14Absolutely.
07:15Come on.
07:15I'll take it in.
07:21You're welcome.
07:25My head's still bleeding, too.
07:26Yeah, I got medics coming to check out your head, okay?
07:31Is she walking down the road?
07:32No.
07:33She actually got into a car with somebody, and they saw me...
07:36I was coming this way.
07:37I had just pulled over, and they pulled off the side.
07:41There might be...
07:42There might be, like, some way more to this than what this is.
07:46She has an injury on her head.
07:48She was tied up all night.
07:52Hey, I got a brief story from her saying that she was tied up with cord blasts yesterday to this
07:59morning.
08:03And to get loose, she, like, she hit her head trying to get loose out of the chair.
08:07And then she was able to get loose, and she ran away.
08:10And she has marks on her wrists and on her, like, ankles that's consistent with being tied to a chair.
08:19So, this is going to be a little more...
08:22She's, like, definitely afraid to go back to that house.
08:25Now, a female officer arrives to speak with the victim,
08:28who continues making disturbing allegations against Tammy.
08:33Hey, hon.
08:35You're not in trouble.
08:36You're not in trouble.
08:37Can you tell me what's going on?
08:39No, I did do something bad, and I get that.
08:41But, like, these things to my wrist, tied my spine, my back.
08:48I was in a chair sitting, and then tied my legs to the bottom of the chair.
08:52And then she threw something at me, and it got on my head.
08:57My head hurts.
08:58I don't want to touch it.
08:59It hurts.
09:00Can you pull your head back out?
09:07Okay, I see it.
09:09And then she said, I should kill you, because she said how she hates me and stuff.
09:15And then...
09:15It's awful.
09:16I got scared, so I wasn't even had these clothes on.
09:19I had this thing on, but I'm not under.
09:21Please, no.
09:23Yeah, probably.
09:25Yeah.
09:27Now, the suspect herself arrives on scene, leaving the victim visibly shaken.
09:35How you doing?
09:36I just got to have you hold back here for a minute.
09:41She's telling us some stuff.
09:42We've got medics coming up here to check her out, because she has an injury to her head.
09:46All right, okay.
09:47Okay.
09:48I can just go back.
09:49I don't.
09:49If you want, we can bring her back there whenever, whenever we're ready.
09:54She's calling the medics and the hospital takes her.
09:58You know, this isn't the first time.
10:01This isn't the first time what?
10:04That she's done this.
10:05We got her working with a step program.
10:08The step program, what you call it.
10:11Okay.
10:11And what's his head injury?
10:14Hmm?
10:15What's his head injury?
10:16What's she saying?
10:17Yeah.
10:17No.
10:18Did she get her on the way?
10:20Because I did feel something on the chest.
10:23I don't know if I got it or if she got it on the way.
10:26Oh, I don't know.
10:27The other deputy's talking to her.
10:29All right.
10:29And I got her then, but I meant to beat her ass to no end when she's trying to burn
10:35the
10:35house down last night.
10:36So, she's got marks on the chest and she was sitting over there, but she didn't say anything.
10:50So, I don't know if it was from me or from the woods.
10:53Okay.
10:54She said, but I'm not denying beating her ass.
10:57Okay.
10:57Well.
10:58So, she may have marks on it, but you may want to check that.
11:02Okay.
11:02Because I'm not going to deny that.
11:04Okay.
11:06Well, our policy, we just have to have her checked out.
11:09We'll bring her back to the house.
11:10If that's, I know the deputy's going to come talk to you, or you can sit right here.
11:14It's up to you.
11:15I don't care.
11:15Just stay here.
11:16Okay.
11:17Just sit inside for me.
11:19Tammy again admits to beating the team before the juvenile makes some admissions of her own.
11:25It was on work.
11:27Yeah.
11:27Was it rope or was it plastic or what material was it?
11:31It was like plastic.
11:32I forgot what it's called.
11:33Just things that are like, ow.
11:36Like when you pull them, they get tighter?
11:38Yeah.
11:38A zip tie?
11:39Mm-hmm.
11:39Okay.
11:39And they make the little zzzz?
11:41Mm-hmm.
11:41Okay.
11:43And what chair was it?
11:45It was a blue chair.
11:46It's a gym room.
11:48There's zip ties against it.
11:49I had to slide through it because it was really tight.
11:52Hmm.
11:52Do I have to go back?
11:54We're investigating, but probably not.
11:57Okay.
11:58My head's like, really hurts.
12:01She's done this before, too.
12:03It's just I've never said anything because she has other kids and I don't want her coming to jail.
12:07Well, it's not fair for you to be treated like that.
12:11Okay, so I'm glad you did say something.
12:13You said you did something bad.
12:15Look, I'm not investigating criminally.
12:16I just want to know.
12:17I stole a phone to play games on it.
12:19Okay.
12:20Did you really steal it, though?
12:23Yeah.
12:24Whose was it?
12:26Oh, my.
12:26It was.
12:27Okay.
12:28You gave it back, though?
12:30Yeah.
12:32Did you try and burn the house down last night?
12:36Did you try and burn the house down last night?
12:41I swear I didn't.
12:42Did you say you were going to?
12:45Well, I agreed.
12:46I agreed to her.
12:48Because if I would have said no, she would have said, um, you're lying to me.
12:53You don't lie to me.
12:54We're going to get the belt.
12:55She, but instead of the belt, instead of using the belt, she used this wooden, this wood thing.
13:00It's from a game.
13:01She uses this wood thing.
13:02I have marks on me from it.
13:05I did.
13:06She did hit me here, but that marks went on to bed.
13:10I just have proof on this on my butt that she hit me with a wooden thing.
13:15It's like a wood game board.
13:17She hit me with that.
13:19And what do you mean you agreed to, what did you agree to?
13:23She said, you'd probably be happy to burn us all alive if, just to get a phone.
13:28And at first I was like, no, and she was like, don't lie to me.
13:30And she was like, you better tell me the truth.
13:32I was like, yes, ma'am.
13:33Because I had, I didn't want to get any more.
13:36Did you have a lighter on you?
13:37No, I didn't have anything on you.
13:38I was tied to the chair.
13:40Okay.
13:42What made her tie you to the chair?
13:44Because she felt unsafe, I guess, with me.
13:49What, what started that?
13:51From me saying yes, ma'am.
13:53She, I don't really know, but she, she's also stressed a lot.
13:57So, so like, because yesterday she fell to the ground.
14:00It took us a while for her to wake up.
14:03And then she was saying I should want me, how she regrets getting me.
14:08I don't want to get her in trouble.
14:10It's just, I don't want to be there.
14:13No.
14:16In a later forensic interview, the victim detailed the days leading up to her escape,
14:22telling detectives that Tammy allegedly forced her to gather grass in the yard as a punishment
14:27and said when she failed to pick up a certain amount in the allotted time,
14:31she was hit with a wooden cribbage game board and forced to shower in the rain.
14:35According to the victim, that was hours before she said she was caught with someone else's cell phone
14:41and forced to wear what the family refers to as, quote,
14:44stealing clothes consisting of baggy, uncomfortable clothing before she was made to sleep on the front porch.
14:50The victim went on to say she was then allowed inside to sleep in the bathroom when she was again
14:55caught on a cell phone.
14:56That was when, according to an incident report, the victim said Tammy allegedly ordered another family member
15:02to retrieve zip ties from a barn and tied the victim to a chair
15:06before attempting to deprive her of sleep by throwing a charger at her head.
15:11But, surprisingly, deputies said around midnight, in between the bathroom incident and the alleged zip tie detainment,
15:17Tammy suffered a medical episode that prompted an emergency response.
15:21Next, one deputy gets a chance to speak with Tammy further.
15:25I don't, I don't, I couldn't really understand what she was saying.
15:28She got something thrown at her.
15:30Yeah, she didn't mention anything about tying her to a chair,
15:33but she did say that she has marks on her.
15:36She's probably the one who put it there because she beat her ass last night
15:38because she was trying to burn the house down.
15:40I'm going to ask her more about the fact that we're going to do.
15:43Hey, tell me more about how she tried to burn the house down.
15:48She was talking about it and wanting her phone and...
15:53Talking about a house, what was she saying?
15:54Um, it'd be all right, because I found papers on her on some side.
15:58I didn't say that.
15:59When?
15:59Last night.
16:01She comes back and just kept yelling at her because of the phone situation again.
16:06She comes back after being out for so long,
16:08and I see gold is in there, and there's paper, and everything else are lighter in there.
16:13In where?
16:14In her pockets.
16:18And I checked her, and she told me that that's what she was going to do.
16:22It'd be all right, and she's all dying on fire.
16:25So I made a sleep evading suit.
16:29In regarding the head injury, I may have been that accidentally.
16:33I threw stuff off my leg in the chest because she was sitting in front of it.
16:36Yeah.
16:36I don't know.
16:38I know I beat her ass, and I admit to that.
16:41If I let her have her light...
16:43Did she light the lighter?
16:45Did she...
16:46I just need more detail on that.
16:48Not yet, but she started fighting in the house.
16:52She tried to use the perfume bottle one time.
16:54Okay, but what about last night?
16:56She had that.
16:57She hadn't had quite the chance of what I caught her,
17:00and she said that statement to me.
17:03That's why I took everything away.
17:05The statement alone, and then having the lighter in paper all watered up there.
17:10Verbatim, what was the statement, if you can remember?
17:12If you all die, die in the crier, then I can have all my electronics.
17:19She thinks I'm being mean because I won't have electronics.
17:21She wants electronics.
17:22She said, do you know long-term, if you all die in a crier?
17:28And she told her sister that.
17:30I made her repeat what she said to her sister.
17:36I don't know if she's understanding the long-term thing.
17:41I don't know what she says when you all die in a crier,
17:46in this house fire, and she would take off herself.
17:52Um, nightstand, because she sleeps in the chair.
17:55She sleeps in the chair, so she'll do stuff off her nightstand.
17:57She's like, it might have accidentally hit her.
18:00Um, she just had to be a fever and I'll admit to that.
18:04Um.
18:05Is there anything about tying her to the chair?
18:06Yeah.
18:07And I haven't minded her, so I'm not asking.
18:09Oh, yeah.
18:10I'm wanting her to get transported or, I mean, it doesn't need stitches, it's just a little cut.
18:14Yeah.
18:15Where was she, where did the mom say she was when she was throwing stuff?
18:18Sitting in the chair.
18:19Sitting in the chair?
18:20Mm-hmm.
18:21Okay.
18:22And it just happened to be at her direction?
18:25Mm-hmm.
18:26Yeah, no, I don't buy that.
18:27I don't either.
18:28You can't tie a kid to a chair and do that.
18:31That's, and then beat her while she's in the chair.
18:34Is that what she said?
18:34She was beating her or, I mean, we don't know that far anyway.
18:38Yeah, we don't.
18:39Let me ask her.
18:41Um, so when you were sitting in the chair, did she hit you other than your head?
18:48Yeah, she kept, like, punching me when she'd walk by, she'd slap me.
18:54When she'd walk by, she'd slap you?
18:56How would she slap you?
18:57She'd either do this, this.
19:00As you're sitting in the blue chair?
19:02Mm-hmm.
19:02Okay.
19:02I actually do it.
19:04You're behind your back.
19:06So, I saw the blue chair.
19:08Can you explain how you were tied to it?
19:12Um, like, this is the chair.
19:13Okay.
19:14And.
19:15Are you facing, you're facing away from the birdcage or are you facing out towards the bed?
19:19Out towards the bed.
19:20Okay.
19:21So, like, this is the chair and this is the bed.
19:23Okay.
19:23So, I'm like this.
19:24My feet wasn't like this.
19:26It had to be like this, she said.
19:27So, like, she saw me.
19:28My feet were tied both ways, um, to the bottom part.
19:34Okay.
19:34My hands are behind me.
19:36On the chair.
19:37How many zip ties did you have on?
19:39Four.
19:40So, each.
19:41So, one around your, each ankle.
19:44Two.
19:44One, two, three, four.
19:48No, I don't know how much.
19:50That's okay.
19:50That's okay.
19:52Um.
19:52Now, one deputy begins documenting the victim's injuries before making another alarming discovery.
19:59Okay.
19:59I'm a little serious.
20:03Um.
20:05I see you're shaking.
20:07Okay.
20:08That's okay.
20:09I can do this.
20:12You're okay.
20:13In an off-camera moment, the deputy says the victim revealed even more significant bruising
20:18before another official arrives on scene.
20:23It should be with the hair.
20:24It is.
20:27Like, traumatic bruising on her right but cheek.
20:30Yeah, man.
20:31So?
20:32That was all right.
20:33So much now.
20:34Yeah.
20:36Mom admitted to, she's like, I beat her ass last night.
20:40That's, I'll just say she did that.
20:42Um.
20:43She failed to mention that she had zip-tied her to the chair in the bedroom.
20:47That she has marks from.
20:49Yeah.
20:49She also used, like, um, a wooden, like, um, I don't know what it was, but it was a piece
20:54to a game.
20:54She just showed me her right and left butt cheeks, and both of them are purple.
20:59I mean, purple.
21:00Hmm.
21:01Um, she's got zip-tied marks on both wrists, on both ankles.
21:06And the front of the head.
21:08And then she was also throwing, when she was tied to the chair, was throwing stuff off
21:13of her nightstand, um, and it hit her on the head and cut her.
21:18It's small, but it's small.
21:21Do they look like, what, zip-tied marks?
21:23Mm-hmm.
21:25Yeah.
21:26And then she also said why she was zip-tied to the chair, while I was going to buy the
21:29smack
21:30on the face.
21:31Punch her on the chest.
21:32Yeah.
21:33With a supervisor now on scene, the deputies continue talking to the victim, who begins
21:38to lay out the alleged timeline of events.
21:42Where did you sleep last night?
21:46Um, first it was on the porch.
21:49Um.
21:49You slept on the porch?
21:50Okay.
21:50And then, in the bathtub.
21:52And, and then, after in the bathtub, that's when she tied me to the chair.
22:00I was there overnight, um, after I came out of, off the porch, in the bathtub.
22:05Do you know what time that was?
22:07It's okay if you don't.
22:07Okay.
22:08Um.
22:09I don't have to go back, right?
22:11Probably not.
22:12Okay.
22:12Um, one step at a time.
22:14Like, was she able to get out of zip-tied, or did she come like her out of zip-tied?
22:24Uh, did, did you escape out of the zip-tied, or did she come like you out of the zip
22:28-tied?
22:28I escaped.
22:29You escaped.
22:30Okay.
22:31Were they all sleeping?
22:33I was sleeping.
22:34She didn't want me going to sleep on the thing, so she told me to put my head down, and
22:40she
22:40said, I'm going to return to sleep, and if you're sleeping, I'm going to throw something
22:45at you to wake you up.
22:47And this time she was actually sleeping, so, um, quickly, I was trying to get, it hurt
22:53a lot, because this one, and this one were the two tightest ones.
22:57These two I was able to sleep out, but these ones, I worked at least ten minutes before
23:01I could get them all.
23:02I went and ate in the barn, and then that's when I escaped.
23:07Okay.
23:07All right.
23:11All right.
23:11The teen was released to the Department of Children and Families, and later placed into
23:16the custody of a relative, according to an incident report.
23:19Next, Tammy gets the deputy's attention, before revealing her feelings on the situation.
23:24Yes, ma'am.
23:26I'm a little scared, so I mean, I can't take it anymore.
23:32Yeah.
23:33I really can't.
23:34I think this is going to take forever to get her back.
23:37It's in there, but she can go, too.
23:39We're working on it.
23:40We're waiting on a call back from DCF.
23:42Yes, I can't.
23:44I'm not saying anything, but I'm just, I'm broken.
23:51I can't, I can't do it anymore.
23:54I can't, I gotta keep it, I can't say, I'm emotional right now.
23:58Like, I've been two days.
24:00Okay.
24:02I've slept in the days, but I have to watch her.
24:05Yeah.
24:08Just hang tight for us.
24:10It'll be a little bit.
24:11I feel that's worse.
24:13I feel bad for her.
24:13I feel bad for her, too.
24:14It doesn't matter if you have mental issues as a kid.
24:16You don't need to, this is not how you deal with that.
24:23You get them help.
24:25All right, you guys are free to go right now.
24:26I'm taking her to the Kimberly Center.
24:29When I called them, they said they wouldn't take her.
24:33I don't know.
24:34I'm not called out in the house, right?
24:35Probably because we're a law enforcement.
24:38Am I being arrested?
24:40No, not at this time.
24:41Not at this time.
24:42No.
24:45So, taking her to the Kimberly Center.
24:48I never tell anybody no, by the way.
24:52But yeah, go home and just be available.
24:54It's your problem.
24:54Okay.
24:57There's going to be an investigation.
24:57And I am not as bad as she's probably saying.
25:00I'm going to get her counselor and then to let you guys know exactly the thing she says
25:07that she wants to do to us.
25:08Yeah.
25:11Yeah.
25:11Just be available to them.
25:13And what was your question, honey?
25:14There's going to be an investigation.
25:16On DCS?
25:17It's probably.
25:18But it cannot be removed if I'm arrested, right?
25:22I don't know.
25:23I mean, they're 16 and up.
25:26They're juvenile, so.
25:28I mean, technically, if I see a statute, yeah.
25:30So.
25:31But.
25:33We're not going there yet.
25:35Okay.
25:36In a later interview, one detective said that Tammy eventually admitted to zip-tying the
25:40victim to a chair and beating her with a cribbage board.
25:43The next day, deputies catch up with the suspect outside of a swimming facility, where they reveal
25:49she's not getting away so easily.
25:52We're out of here.
25:53We're out of here.
25:54We're out of here.
25:54We're out of here.
25:55Let me just hop in.
25:56Oh, don't hit.
25:57My dad and his friends are here.
25:59We're out of here.
26:00I want something to call it.
26:01I know.
26:01We're out of here.
26:02Can you see her?
26:04Okay.
26:15Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me, stick me, hurt me?
26:18No.
26:19Anything in your pockets?
26:21No.
26:23You're in this car.
26:24You're wrong.
26:26Underwire.
26:26Sports bar.
26:28No, you're good.
26:29You're in this car.
26:31I'm a little single scene.
26:32That's all I'm eating.
26:40Tammy was charged with child abuse without great bodily harm and booked into the Marion
26:45County Jail.
26:46Court records show the 57-year-old pleaded no contest to the charge, but a judge withheld
26:51formal adjudication.
26:53She was sentenced to five years of probation, 300 hours of community service, ordered to
26:58have no contact with the victim, and required to complete a parenting course and a batterer's
27:03intervention program.
