00:19you obviously put pressure on the team, but you create an environment where people trust each other.
00:24And it's really about transparency, trust.
00:27We try to do that everywhere at Nestle.
00:30You just want to have a leadership that you can trust in, especially in a crisis situation.
00:35You cannot test that really, but you have to build a team that is just a strong group of people
00:41that take the right decisions in the benefit of the company.
00:44And it's not easy, it's a journey, but it's really about building that trust.
00:47It's super, super important.
