Antwerpen in just a few hours still gives you a taste of the city’s charm, from lunch at WOLF to a quick walking tour through the historic center. With only a short stop in Antwerp, Jetske uses the Walk the City app to explore from the town hall and Brabo Fountain to the Cathedral of Our Lady, passing 16th- and 17th-century houses and one of the narrowest homes in the city.

This is a fast-paced travel vlog and city walk that shows what you can realistically do in Antwerp when time is limited. The route is partly guided, partly improvised, and ends the way many Belgium trips should: with a Belgian waffle before the rain fully takes over. It is a simple, practical look at sightseeing, local architecture, and family-friendly travel in a European city.

Perfect for viewers looking for Antwerp travel ideas, a walking tour of Antwerpen, a short city break, or a virtual visit to Belgium. If you enjoy travel vlog content, POV city exploration, and quick sightseeing itineraries, this Antwerp guide offers a compact route through the old town and a helpful snapshot of what fits into a few hours.

00:05The first thing you can do is grab a lunch at Wolf.
00:09If you are with friends that want to eat all something else, then you should go to Wolf.
00:14Also kids are very welcome, since they have a kids corner where they can play.
00:40Let's do a tour. I download an app, this is no spawn, but it's called Walk the City.
00:46You can download and pay for one tour in the city where you are.
00:50And you can just see where you started. There is a start and end point, but we just start at
00:55the City Hall.
00:56So that's where our tour starts.
00:57And that's one thing you can do in two hours.
01:01You saw me standing in front of the Fountain of Bravo.
01:04It's a statue from the 12th century legend.
01:07We started in the middle of the tour since we just reached at the Town Hall.
01:11It is built in 1564 and it's on the list of World Heritage.
01:17The Town Hall is only in exceptional cases open for tourist visits.
01:22Along the square where the Town Hall is as well,
01:24you see a lot of workhouses from the 16th and 17th century.
01:29And in the right corner there is one of the narrowest houses of Antwerp.
01:35We continued our tour to the cathedral.
01:38Before this cathedral was built, there was a small wooden century chapel.
01:42In 1352 became the construction of the cathedral of Our Lady.
01:47Only in 1522 the construction was completed.
01:52The church still has service and the tower is 123 meters high.
01:58Unfortunately, it started to rain and we were already late.
02:02So we couldn't finish the tour.
02:04But hey, I have an app.
02:07So I can come back to Antwerp anytime.
02:13And of course, eat a Belgian waffle.
02:17So that's it guys.
02:19It was a short trip because we had just a few hours.
02:21I hope you enjoyed this little bit of Antwerp.
02:24Please don't forget to subscribe.
02:25And I'll see you at the next. Bye-bye.
