00:07One of the most expensive habits that we have as women is waiting until we're ready.
00:13And I think that what happened in my career is that I failed so many times that it stopped mattering.
00:18It stopped being this thing that held me back. I was like, oh, I learned something from that.
00:23I got something. I met somebody. I'll use them next time.
00:26And I think it's a really important thing because if you wait until you're ready,
00:30if you wait until that moment when enough data stacks up that you feel good about it,
00:34the opportunity is gone. It's lost. Somebody else has done it.
00:36And so I think that I have just been around enough.
