00:00Rain's increasing across central California and we're going to see more and more of this in southern California, especially late
00:06Wednesday into Wednesday night. We're also dealing with some moisture moving into the four corners region as well. So it's
00:12coming from multiple angles and Wednesday is the day when the southern part of California gets in on the rain.
00:18There will be some snow in the Sierra and as we get later into the day, especially Wednesday evening and
00:23Wednesday night showers and even some thunderstorms will be impacting southern California. There could even be isolated water
00:29spouts offshore. At the same time, strong and severe thunderstorms will be impacting parts of Arizona and far western New
00:36Mexico with hail and damaging winds. Flash flooding will be a concern through Thursday in the four corners region as
00:42well as rain showers continue in California. The Thursday severe risk will be primarily around the four corners region still
00:48with flash flooding and damaging winds as well as some hail. The flash flood concerns will be escalating through Thursday
00:53due to the cumulative effect of the rain. Beyond those issues, there will be some snow near the
00:59the end of the end of the storm systems journey through the Rockies, especially up into parts of Wyoming and
