02:35some action he's a local man he got the pressure you know to push the fight yes and he's really
02:41pushing
02:42the pace right in the beginning of this first round as he throws some combinations
02:49nice kid like we said javier got a five fights five winning straight so he's confident yes undefeated in
02:59the lfa octagon
03:06and vinicius told us that his only goal ever since he lost the belt was to get it back
03:14and he has the perfect opportunity here tonight
03:22good job
03:32nice one too by vinicius countered by miniman wow
03:40man this kid got skills man he can punch he can kick he can throw everything and he has power
03:49he has a
03:49lot of power for a phantom weight very explosive very explosive you see how he put all his body into
03:56the kicks
04:03oh
04:05nice front kick to the body another round kick

04:25that one a peruvian
04:27oh wow
04:29i'll boss my friend i'll boss transition to the to the arms yes
04:33yeah wow the choke wow he has the choke he has the choke can he do it can vinicius speed
04:38is finished rafael pereira
04:45he's doing what it takes to survive but can he hold he has more than two minutes to adjust the
04:56position
04:57it seems like it's defended wow my friend that was a belt
05:03deserved that the belt is on the line nobody's gonna quit that easy
05:10wow he managed to stand up as the crowd goes insane
05:17and a great transition from vinicius to the to the anaconda choke high level high level jiu-jitsu
05:28vinicius now is the one trying to put the pressure
05:32goes for the takedown well defended by pereira
05:39nice knee to the body
05:44oh there's a guillotine there there's a guillotine it looks tight
05:49very well defended by vinicius pires high level escape high level escape
05:58those are for sure the two best bantamweight fighters in brazil
06:03it is
06:08yeah the topology do you know they're ranked yeah number one and number two exactly that's what
06:14what you're talking about those are those are the best fighters in brazil right now
06:19the title is very well deserved
06:25minister speed is trying to take the fight to the ground as miniman resists the attempts
06:33man this kid he's got a great balance you know miniman because of you know the the throw is already
06:41there
06:43wow great take down the fence for miniman
06:52it's not only technique but the athleticism you know balance
06:59short elbow elbow to the face 10 seconds
07:15all right ladies and gentlemen the first round is over in this main event
07:21big knock how do you see this first round man this problem is really easy even very even
07:29who you gave this fight yeah i'll get i don't know i'll be honest with you i would give maybe
07:35to
07:35rafael the local guy from the kicks yeah what he did is in the beginning but the other key the
07:41other
07:41kid had the you know that submission thing yeah was the closest thing to finish the fight that's why
07:48you know the the former chair benicio's i think won the match you know yeah on the super mission that
07:55that that's the thing yeah that anaconda choke attempt was very tight he almost got the finish
08:02maybe that's what gave him this first round there was but the last fight so many positions today
08:12i got a little bit confused for sure
08:19let's go to the second round in this main event
08:23the vacant bantamweight title is on the line for these two former champion vinicius pires and rafael pereira
08:37let's go second round
08:46miniman now is more loose
08:50that's something that he usually does in his fights which is teasing the opponents laughing pointing
08:56that's what i see calling out the shots
09:04and mr speed is trying to work the legs as well
09:09and i i like how many men changes his stances a lot yeah he switches to orthodox to south paul
09:25and even stand up you know the fight is pretty close yes you know the yes you know uh
09:30uh benicio's got a very solid you know good stand up as well
09:38maybe bini bain is more dangerous because he's he's more explosive yes and more unpredictable yeah
09:44but benicio's has solid boxing solid boxing his one-two combination is very good
09:50and he uses his boxing to do that to approach and try to close the distance
09:57that's the best strategy for him
10:06exchanging some leg kicks now oh nice right and another one from benicio smiris
10:15great moment for the former champion here one more one more both connect
10:31and he's just trying to close the distance trying to take the fight to the ground
10:36another elbow to the face
10:41wow wow good hook
10:47what a fun fight to watch
10:52time takedown from ferrera nobody expects even him
11:01that's a very strategic move right yeah to surprise your opponent with something that nobody is
11:06expecting he's an mma fighter you know since he's a striker but he's mma and this kid he control he
11:16control yeah he did that before many couple fights yes
11:24he's also a brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt
11:34nice front kick by ferrera two minutes left in the second round
11:42nice combination slipped a little but managed to stand back up
11:50and this is peter's now is trying to be the one putting the pressure
11:58another good takedown by minima well defended by peter
12:05wow that's some wrestling there nice
12:13good defense
12:18big enough that that's one of the most technical uh nights we've ever had in lfa every fight they
12:25showcase a lot of technique yeah tonight we saw a great wrestling game yeah you know many fights good
12:36striking in a lot of fights
12:40but when you're talking about lfa level those kids ready to fight international so good wrestling as well
12:55but i think you know about endurance i think you know uh uh vinicius get
13:00a little bit more endurance he push you know yeah he pushed the fight in this round and vinicius
13:07have fought five rounds before this is the first time that miniman fights um five rounds and we've
13:13seen the mini man getting tired oh beautiful spinning back elbow he takes like a coffee another elbow
13:19wow wow another kick to the body great moment for miniman whoa whoa
13:27connected oh my goodness
13:32the new champion the homeboy doesn't disappoint his ground and finishes the fight
13:41the ground goes insane as rafael pereira gets the bantamweight title
13:51vinicius is not happy with the decision
13:55but it felt like he he was unconscious i mean the referee was there it was very solid punch yeah
14:02and you know
14:03when the guy falls hit the head on the ground the referee was close yes if this he loses eye
14:09contact
14:10you know he maybe he was like dizzy you know look to that look look to look to the top
14:21yeah i know my friend though yeah the guy was very upset with the decision talking to ed
14:32it it it is what it is and rafael talking to his coach cristiano
14:43beautiful performance by mini man god then knocked out
14:48knock his opponent down heavy punches on the ground and pound he was dominant in the striking
14:55he got wobbled a couple times by peter's but man this right hand was right on the target look
15:03yeah vinicius wasn't there anymore you see he wasn't there but he took the the straight punch when he
15:10got a single like his head went to the ground you you see he was looking like dizzy method you
15:16couldn't
15:16look to the guy and he was like not defending himself yeah so good call from the referee vinicius
15:22perez was out of the game couldn't defend himself anymore and fernando portales stepped in
15:29and finished the fight what an amazing win oh you're talking about vinicius perez but come on
15:35amazing um straight punch cross point from rafael pereira homeboy getting the title first
15:41title of his career now extending his record to 6-0 in the lfa still undefeated in the organization
15:50and this kid is very good he showed amazing striking skills as we are used to to know and he
15:57showed
15:58great defensive takedown skills yeah he's great my friend he got his kid got a star you know as i
16:05told you know at the beginning of the transmission the fight he got something different you know his
16:11fight at home he felt the energy he felt the crowd you know pushing him and he got his choice
16:17his choice
16:18you know i think you know the other guy had the had the belt already now he's he's the one
16:23hungry he
