00:00We discovered that if we ask people to close their eyes
00:05and now they're getting less sensory information to their brain
00:10and we ask them to begin to take all of their attention off their body
00:17and go from a somebody to a nobody.
00:22To take all of their attention off all the people in their life
00:26and to go from a someone to a no one.
00:28That means you lay down the character.
00:31No attention on the objects and things in your life.
00:35You go from something to nothing.
00:40To take all of your attention off all the places you have to go
00:42and go from somewhere to nowhere and from sometime to no time,
00:47you no longer are the character that you think you are
00:50in this three-dimensional reality.
00:52Your consciousness, now imagine this, now let's make it really simple.
00:56Your senses plug you into reality.
00:58Yes or no?
00:59Yes.
01:00Come on.
01:00Yes.
01:01Yes.
01:02If I took away your sight, your hearing, your smell, your taste,
01:07feeling with your body, would you agree with me that
01:12you would have no experience of three-dimensional reality?
01:15Yes or no?
01:16Yes.
01:16But what would you be if you were still you?
01:21You would be aware.
01:22Yes or no?
01:23Aware of what?
01:25Nothing but you.
01:27And that is the perfect place where people begin to make really powerful changes.
01:34And we call that overcoming the self.
01:38Throw in the hormones of stress.
01:40And the stress hormones heighten our senses now and cause us to narrow our focus on the
01:45cause of the problem.
01:47And as the arousal of those chemicals caused the body and the brain to become alert, we
01:53focus primarily on the material world.
01:55And if where you place your attention is where you place your energy and you're living in
01:59this state of survival and state of stress, if T-Rex is chasing you, it would make sense
02:05you would be looking in your environment where to go.
02:07Yes or no?
02:09If you felt in breathing down the back of your neck, you would be thinking about your
02:12body.
02:13Would you not?
02:14And if you were thinking about getting from here to the cave, you'd be thinking about
02:18how much time it's going to take you to get there.
02:20So stress hormones cause us to put all of our attention on our bodies, all of our attention
02:25on our environment, all of the attention on time.
02:27It's kind of funny because if change means to be greater than your body, to be greater than
02:32your environment and be greater than time, when we're under stress and we're in survival,
02:36it's really hard to change.
02:38In fact, it's not a time to change.
02:42It's a time to run, fight, and hide.
02:44And people spend up to 70% of their waking day living aroused by those stress hormones.
02:51So aroused that they become addicted to the rush of those chemicals and they use the problems
02:57and the people in their life to reaffirm their addiction to that emotion.
03:02And they're becoming addicted to the life they don't even like.
03:07And those chemicals are powerful chemicals that change the brain and body dramatically.
03:12We move out of homeostasis.
03:14We move out of balance.
03:15The body's mobilizing all of its resources for whatever danger it's perceiving in the
03:21outer world.
03:21But the problem is, is that you have one or two of those experiences and then you start
03:26expecting them to happen.
03:29When you're under stress, you're always preparing yourself for the worst case scenario in your
03:33mind.
03:34Prepare yourself for the worst.
03:36Anything less happens, you have a better chance of surviving.
03:39So people then all of a sudden start imagining the worst things that could happen to them in their
03:43life and they embrace the emotion that's associated with it.
03:47And it's the thought and the feeling, it's the image, the emotion, it's the stimulus and response
03:51and they're conditioning their body to become the mind of anxiety.
03:56And you keep doing it over and over again, the body will have a panic attack without you.
04:02So try as you may to control it with your conscious mind.
04:05You programmed it subconsciously.
04:10And no planet that's 92 million miles away from here is controlling, causing you to be
04:17that way.
04:18I can tell you that.
04:22It's not cucumbers and it's not gluten either that's doing that to you.
04:28You're doing that to you.
04:31And so in living in stress and living in survival, the stress response is created when we can't
04:37control something, when we can't predict something, when we have the perception that something's
04:41going to get worse.
04:43And all of a sudden the arousal causes us to do what?
04:45Try to control, try to predict, try to make everything right.
04:49And so in the aroused state, the brain is in very, very high frequency and it's shifting
04:56its attention from one person to another person, to another object, to another thing, to another
05:00place.
05:00And every one of those different elements has a neurological network in the brain and
05:04like a lightning storm in the brain.
05:06The brain starts firing out of order.
05:09It starts firing really disintegrated.
05:12It's firing incoherently.
05:13And when waves are interfering incoherently, they lose energy.
05:20We lose energy in the brain.
05:22And when we're under the gun of those chemicals, we narrow our focus.
05:27We over-focus.
05:29We obsess about something.
05:32And you have 10 really great things that happen in your life and one doesn't work and
05:36you'll obsess about that one thing.
05:40In the state of readiness, in the state of survival, the brain is always trying to predict
05:47the next moment based on the past.
05:49There's no room for the unknown for a person in their life.
05:53And everything now, they have to see it, they have to smell it, they have to taste it, they
05:57have to feel it.
05:58Their senses are defining reality.
06:01And they're narrowing and narrowing their focus.
06:04And we just discovered that if we taught people to take their attention off of everything
06:09that's material, everything that's known in their life, and go from this kind of what
06:15we call a convergent focus or a narrow focus to broaden their focus and open their awareness
06:22to nothing.
06:24Now, I don't know how to explain nothing to a materialist, but there's nothing there.
06:31And how big is emptiness or nothing?
06:33I don't know.
06:35But it's when people begin to broaden their focus and begin to sense space, the act of
06:44sensing, the act of feeling causes them to stop analyzing and thinking.
06:50And if they stop analyzing and stop thinking, they no longer activate those circuits in
06:55their brain that keep them in that state.
06:57And the brain starts to unify.
06:59It starts to synchronize.
07:01It starts to fire more coherently.
07:03It starts to organize in really healthy patterns.
07:06And what sinks in the brain actually links in the brain.
07:10And so when we have people open their awareness to space, and they pay more attention to it
07:17and less attention to them.
07:19They stay more aware of it and less aware of them.
07:23That they can lose their sense of identity, their sense of self to nothing.
07:29Their brain waves beautifully change in really, really wonderful ways.
07:33And the whole entire brain is now a symphony.
07:37And some people can get so good at this that they could actually let their body move into
07:42a light sleep.
07:44And it's resting in a light sleep while they're awake and conscious.
07:48And the door between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind is wide open to information.
07:53But now they're sitting there with their eyes closed.
07:57They're not getting any information from the environment.
07:59They're in a meditation.
08:01There's only one other place information comes from.
08:04And that's frequency.
08:06And all frequency carries information.
08:08And when their nervous system is oscillating in order, it begins to become entrained to
08:14that unified field, that quantum field, that invisible field of unifying energy that exists
08:19beyond your senses.
08:20There's no people there.
08:21There's no objects.
08:22There's no bodies there.
08:23There's no things.
08:26I looked it up.
08:27What existed before the Big Bang?
08:29Nothing.
08:30And that place where that emptiness is, it's rich in frequency.
08:35And now something amazing happens.
08:38When a person's dialed down the neocortex, the memory bank of the known self, but plugs them
08:45into three-dimensional reality and their brain waves are in the very resonant state of theta
08:49and they're in a hypnotic state and the information is not coming through their senses, from their
08:56environment, and they start tuning in, there's a connection that takes place.
09:02And all of a sudden, the nervous system starts interacting with energy and frequency.
09:07And the brain goes into these heightened, heightened, heightened, heightened states of gamma
09:14brainwave patterns.
09:15And the brain is aroused.
09:19And the arousal is not pain.
09:21And the arousal is not fear.
09:24And the arousal is not anger or aggression.
09:27The arousal is ecstasy.
09:29The arousal is connection.
09:30It is the most familiar, unfamiliar feeling we'll ever have in our life.
09:36And that moment, when that occurs, and that autonomic nervous system is in high gamma, hundreds
09:42of standard deviations outside of normal, three standard deviations outside of normal is 2%
09:48of the population.
09:50We're talking hundreds and hundreds of standard deviations in gamma, coherent gamma, perfect
09:57coherent gamma.
09:58And those waves, as they interfere, start building bigger waves.
10:02And the brain starts moving into standing waves of energy.
10:05And that person now is getting a biological upgrade.
10:10And energy is informing matter.
10:12And there's the eczema.
10:13Now it's gone.
10:14There's the blindness.
10:16Now it's gone.
10:17There's the deafness.
10:19Now it's gone.
10:20There's the stage 4 cancer metastasized to the bones.
10:23It's gone.
10:24There's the Parkinson's.
10:25Now it's gone.
10:27Somehow there's a biological upgrade that takes place in the body.
10:31And literally they're interacting with that invisible field of energy.
10:34And we've just started to discover the different signposts, the different places, the resting
10:40points that the heart and the brain have to go to, to reach that elegant moment where we
10:47have that experience.
10:51That's the quantum.
10:56Now, this is what I noticed about that.
11:03Imagine having that moment and realizing it's not coming from any person, any object,
11:10anything.
11:11It's not coming from anything outside of you.
11:14Imagine that feeling of what people call pure love.
11:18I don't know.
11:19There's no word for it.
11:22Connection, bliss, whatever that is, wholeness, oneness.
11:27Imagine when the person realizes that it's not coming from anyone outside of them.
11:31They stop looking for it everywhere else.
11:34And that's when the love affair begins.
11:36And it gets really hard to miss a date.
11:38We take the blood.
11:40We take the blood of those people who hit that point.
11:46There's information in their blood that causes cancer cells to reduce metabolic function by
11:5470%.
11:56We take that blood.
11:58There's information in that blood.
11:59We subject it to Alzheimer's genes.
12:01It downregulates the genes for Alzheimer's.
12:04I know this is politically incorrect.
12:07We take the plasma of those people and we put a really nasty virus.
12:13We put that in the presence of the plasma of the people that run into that frequency.
12:18And the virus cannot enter the cell.
12:23It cannot enter.
12:24We isolated the protein in the plasma of advanced meditators who have this moment that actually
12:32will inhibit the spike protein from entering the cell.
12:35Imagine that.
12:37Producing a pharmacy of chemicals in your body that work better than any drug.
12:43A drug study, by the way, is about 25% causality.
12:4925% cause and effect.
12:52One out of four.
12:53That's usually a study that lasts six months, three months.
12:58The data that we study when we look at the blood of advanced meditators, 85% to 75% effective.
13:06That's three out of four.
13:09And they're signaling the same genes.
13:11And they're making the same proteins.
13:14And that information is not coming from the diet.
13:17It's not coming from the drug.
13:19And I keep asking the scientists, where is that information coming from?
13:23Where are those chemicals coming from?
13:25Where is that information?
13:27It's coming from in the blood that wasn't there at the beginning of seven days.
13:32Your nervous system is the greatest pharmacist there ever was.
13:36And I can say that with such confidence now because I've seen the data.
