00:00You got to become so conscious of your unconscious behaviors, how you speak,
00:03how you act, if you suffer, if you complain, if you blame, you make excuses.
00:07That's not the new person you want to become.
00:09You got to leave that person behind.
00:11So if you want to become happy, you got to stop being unhappy.
00:22You believe that it's the practices
00:26that you participate in and the new environment that's creating the different environment inside
00:32of you, or is it the sort of future you you're becoming and you're actually tapping into that
00:41timeline? Wow, I love that question. It's both. I mean, the overcoming process is the becoming
00:49process. You know, if you think about it, think about it, no matter what it is. But the leap so
00:53quick is what's amazing. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's because you're fully immersed. Never time will
00:58you sit with you as much as you will to know thyself, right? It's true. So many hours of
01:03meditation at these. Yeah. And so much time with yourself. You have to become so conscious of your
01:09unconscious thoughts, the ones that are hardwired in the brain as beliefs that say, I can, it's too
01:14hard. Something's wrong with me. It's my mother's fault. I'll never change. It's my ex's fault. You
01:19know, whatever that is, you got to become so conscious of your unconscious behaviors, how you
01:23speak, how you act, if you suffer, if you complain, if you blame, you make excuses.
01:28That's not the new person you want to become. You got to leave that person behind. And then you
01:32got to look at the emotions that keep you anchored to the past and the story you tell about the
01:38past
01:38that keeps that memory alive in the body and the past. I say that too. I'm like, the story I'm
01:43telling
01:44myself is. Yeah. And it's a lie. 50% of it is a lie. That's what neuroscience says. So people
01:50are reliving a miserable life that they never even had just to reaffirm their addiction to that
01:55emotion to excuse themselves from changing. What they're really saying is it was that event
02:00that happened 10 years ago that changed me and I have not been able to change since. So
02:05if you want to become happy, you got to stop being unhappy. So you got to become so conscious of
02:11your
02:11unconscious thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that you don't default when you return back into your life,
02:16may turn back to the same personality because that same personality is connected to the same
02:22personal reality that the person's living with. So they have to be able to think, act, and feel
02:26differently in the same environment. And that's when you master your life. The fundamental question is
02:31in the seven day process, could you come up against all of those things and not say,
02:36oh, I can't meditate. It's too hard. This isn't for me, but be curious about what's on the other side
02:42of
02:42that thought. What's on the other side of that emotion. That's the unknown. And our data shows
02:47that if you get to that point where you want to stop and you go a little further, that's when
02:50the
02:50brain changes the most because that's when you're breaking out of the known into the unknown.
02:54Right. Why is it always in that pain spot? The higher the level, the greater the alchemy within
03:01the body. Why is that? So relaxing into the present moment is relaxing into the unknown.
03:09Which is our greatest fear. That is like the unknown is so unpredictable. It elicits such a
03:15survival response. And yet teaching people how to relax into the unknown as they labor for the
03:22present moment, there comes a moment where you're conditioning your body to a new mind. The body wants
03:28to get up. It wants to get aroused. It wants to quit. It wants to do something. It's used to
03:31feeling
03:32from an experience in the environment. And you're denying it that. It's not eating. It's not smelling.
03:36It's not tasting. It's not seeing. It's not tick tocking. It's not scrolling. It's not doing any
03:40of that stuff. And it's been habituated to rely on all those things that create a feeling. And so when
03:44you feel the frustration, the impatience, the resentment arise in your body, that's when people
03:49quit. We discovered if you just like training an animal, settle it back down into the present moment
03:56until it's no longer the mind that you're the mind, it will buck back again and want to have its
04:02way
04:02because it's been conditioned to feel familiar feelings from the past. Go to bed. Especially
04:07bad. It doesn't matter. It just wants familiar. It wants familiar. So if you work into that present
04:11moment and a person gets up and runs through the same behaviors every single day and they're
04:17habituated into a predictable future and they're used to doing things and getting things done.
04:21And now you're making the body sit and it wants to get up and wants to check it's emails and
04:25it's texts and
04:26social media and you're noticing your body wants to do that instead of getting up and doing it.
04:31Bringing your body back to the present moment and executing a will that's greater than the program
04:37is training the animal. And if you can train the animal over and over again and you're uncompromising
04:42and you're just not going to give up because that's the act sooner or later the body surrenders to a
04:47new mind. And when it does, there's this liberation of energy and that energy moves right into the heart.
04:52It's that that that energy is stored information in the body and the body's being freed from the chains
05:00of the familiar past and the predictable future. So to answer your question, you can't create from
05:06the known. You got to create from the unknown and getting people to understand how to do that
05:11is the process of overcoming yourself. We discovered that the overcoming process is literally the becoming
05:19process because the future you that already exists in that timeline, you have to become it.
05:26So then you can't, you have to overcome the old self to become yourself and embody it. So then
05:30the next fundamental question, if you're a pragmatist is well, if a belief is just a thought,
05:35I keep thinking over and over again until I hardwired in my brain and I'm overcoming these beliefs. I can,
05:40it's too hard. I can't meditate. I'll never change. And what thought do you want to fire and wire in
05:44your brain?
05:45Like I do believe in myself. Like I can do this and remember to think that way. And with intention
05:51and with attention, review it in your mind, repeat it in your mind, remember it. So you don't forget
05:55it. Nerve cells that fire together, wire together. You start installing the circuitry in your brain,
06:00keep doing it. The more those neurons fire, the more automatically they fire, the easier it gets.
06:06Now you're, you're creating a new belief. That's the new voice in your head that says that I can.
06:10Now there's no magic there. It's just stop thinking this way. Start thinking this way. Okay.
06:15If I complain and I blame and I make excuses and I feel sorry for myself and I judge every
06:20one happy
06:20person that makes me unhappy. I can't stop doing that. So how am I going to be with my ex?
06:26How am
06:26I going to be with my coworker? How am I going to be with my partner? How am I going
06:29to be with my kids?
06:30How am I going to be in my life? And this is what many people become aware of when they
06:35are in the
06:36process of healing. Like I just had a one hour great meditation. And then I spent the rest of
06:41the day acting as my old self or feeling like my old self. Okay. I gotta act differently with my
06:47ex.
06:47What would love do? Um, uh, what would greatness look like? There's a saying that you don't get
06:52what you want. You get what you believe you deserve. Exactly. And so you have to become bigger,
06:57better than you. Exactly. Right. Because the reason why you're stuck in those patterns or those loops or
07:01those situations is because subconsciously or consciously you think that's what you deserve
07:06because of the story you've told yourself. Yeah. And the universe only gives us what we think we're
07:10worthy of receiving. So yeah. So it's important then exactly for the person then to say, okay,
07:14I'm worthy of love in my life. Okay. So how should I act differently? Could I forgive? What would that
07:20look like? And the act of closing their eyes and planning their behaviors, mentally rehearsing their
07:26actions? Yeah. When they're truly present, you know this, you're, you're, you're an athlete.
07:30Your brain doesn't know the difference between the real life experience and what you're imagining.
07:34And now you're installing the neurological hardware in your brain. You've got, you're priming your brain,
07:40you're installing circuits to use. So you behave differently, keep reviewing them.
07:46And now the brain will look like you already did it. Now your behaviors will match your intentions in
07:52your life and you won't default and return back to that old personality. Okay.
07:55If I've been feeling unhappy, if I've been feeling resentful, if I've been feeling fearful, if I've
08:00been feeling unworthy and I want to be abundant, I can't feel any of those things or lack, or I
08:07want
08:07to be happy. I can't feel all these emotions. I can feel new emotions. Okay. Can I literally teach my
08:13body emotionally what this future me would feel like before it happens? Very hard, very hard, very hard,
08:20because we're hypnotized and conditioned to believe that something out there has to happen
08:25to take away that lack or separation that we feel inside. What we discovered is that it's the simple
08:31formula of being relaxed in your heart. And the more relaxed you are in your heart, the more awake
08:35you are in the brain. That's just the way it goes. Instead of stressed out, unconscious and being in
08:40a program, you can teach people actually how to sustain the state. And the heart is the creative
08:47center. We have to fall in love with our creation. And when the heart moves into coherence, we've measured
08:52this so many times and energy makes it to the heart. The moment it makes it to the heart, it
08:59tells the
08:59brain it's time to create. And now the brain gets super creative. It moves into these elegant, coherent
09:05alpha patterns. So it becomes the tuner. You're saying when it says create, it goes, we're going to
09:09tune. We're going to turn this dial to 98.6. Exactly. And what it does is it naturally starts to
09:16dream.
09:17It naturally starts to imagine. It naturally starts to create a new possibility. What would it be like to
09:21be wealthy, to be healthy, to be healthy, to be free, to be unlimited? And the forebrain switches
09:27on and the thought in your mind becomes more real than anything else. To the passionate person who's
09:33in that state, they're already falling, they're already feeling as if it's already happening.
09:37Yeah. The stronger the emotion you feel in that moment, the more you remember that vision. And now
09:44you're branding it neurologically and conditioning it to the body and the body's getting a taste.
09:50Because essentially that's what a trauma is, is when something negative happens,
09:53there's an emotion attached to it. So if you can do that on the flip side of something so positive
09:57and have an emotion, it etches that in as a positive experience and it does the same thing.
10:02That's brilliant. That's exactly what it is. So then the stronger the emotion we feel from
10:07some trauma, some shock, some betrayal, some loss, the more altered we are inside of us. That moment
10:12where we're out of normal chemical continuity, the brain freezes that frame right in front of you and takes a
10:19snapshot and that's called a long-term memory. And that information from your environment is being
10:25embossed holographically into networks in the brain. So the person not knowing this keeps reviewing the
10:30event 50, 100 times a day, keeps telling the story. And the body's so objective, it's reliving the
10:36experience of the thought and the feeling, the image, the emotion, the stimulus and response
10:40is conditioning the body to become the mind of the past. Okay. So theoretically, then if it was a
10:47strong shock or a strong betrayal, then it would have to mean that in order to move the brain and
10:51body out of the past, you would have to feel an emotion with such a quotient of energy that it
10:58would
10:58be greater than the trauma and the betrayal. But in seven days, many people hit that moment where they're
11:04so in love with their future that they forget about their past and they're literally dragging their
11:10brain and body out of the past into the present moment. And the side effect of that is a healing
11:17because the body's no longer being abused by the event that it thinks it's in emotionally.
11:22So then, so then yes, you can also chisel away at it every day and keep working on the elevated
11:28emotions of your future and stop feeling the emotions of your past and your, your chemistry will actually
11:33change. And then there'll come a moment where you're so in love with your future and you can see the
11:38vision so clear in your mind that it's greater than the, the quotient of the betrayal in the past.
11:44And that's the moment your life changes. Right. And nothing changes in our life until we change.
11:49Right. Right. So what's heartbreak then?
11:52Yeah. That's the moment where your whole world, as you know, it is, has changed to such a degree that
12:00it
12:00leaves a very strong scar or wound in the heart, like a hole in the heart. Right. So
12:08that's the moment the protective networks switch on in the brain and says, close this down, never be
12:15vulnerable again. Uh, it's, uh, it's a loss that we're feeling a part of our heart that we've, we're
12:21in love with, or we felt connected to is now broken or missing. God, there's so much great data on
12:27how to
12:28heal trauma. And what, what we know and what the research shows is that once energy moves into the
12:35heart and the heart starts sustaining a certain level of coherence, the heart will tell the brain
12:40will tell the amygdala, the trauma's over. It'll say the event is over because now the heart is moving
12:47out of the emotion of shock or betrayal or loss. And so there's nothing wrong with feeling those emotions
12:56when we have them. But the question is how long are we going to feel them for? Right.
13:01Is it the longer we think of the worse it gets or no? Oh, if we ruminate over the same
13:06experience,
13:07it becomes our identity. And that's when it becomes a problem because now it's very hard to confront the
13:13identity when it's you. Right. So, so, but many people learn from the experience because the moment they
13:21feel that feeling that they've never felt before and they're so altered. I really think it's a moment
13:28where they can finally see themselves through the eyes of someone else. They, no, no email, no dinner,
13:35no social media, no movie, no drug, no drink is taking away that feeling. Right. So this is the moment
13:42where they start observing how they've been thinking. They start looking at themselves, how they've been
13:48acting and speaking and looking how they've been feeling. They're, they're, they're, they're objectifying
13:53their subjective self and in neuroscience has called metacognition. So the person who's been
13:58wounded from the experience, if they're interested in evolving and getting past the emotion of that
14:04experience, the memory of that event without the emotional charge is called wisdom. Right. And that's the
14:11name of the game, right? That's the name of the game. And so then think about this. What is forgiveness?
14:16Forgiveness is not like, Hey, I'm going to forgive you. Just know that I'm going to forgive you. I'm not
14:22not keeping track, but I forgave you. Right. It's not like that. It's when you really feel your heart
14:29open. Oxytocin levels go up dramatically. That's what our research shows too. Oxytocin signals nitric oxide.
14:36Nitric oxide signals, another chemical to cause the arteries in your heart to engorge with blood. So
14:42blood moves right into your heart. And in that state, it's impossible to hold the grudge. The
14:47research on, on oxytocin is a person who's been betrayed, cannot hold a grudge anymore. Forgiveness
14:54then is when the emotion is transformed into a greater level of consciousness. And now you're,
15:01you feel so good into wisdom. Yeah. Into wisdom. And you feel so good that when you don't even want
15:08to think about that, you're okay. Think about this. You can get a person doing interval training,
15:15high intensity workouts, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, you know, Pilates, you know,
15:22foundation training. They can take all the peptides, all their vitamins, their minerals.
15:28Um, they could do intermittent fasting. They could do all that stuff. Eat organic, eat raw, eat vegan.
15:35But if they're living in constant emergency in fear and anxiety and anger and resentment,
15:42they're never going to be in balance because all the work they do to become chemically balanced and
15:49physically balanced is going to be derailed because of their emotional response. So emotional regulation,
15:55I mean, it's not what I react. Everybody reacts. The question is how long are you going to react?
16:01That's the real question. Teaching people how to convert and switch out of that sympathetic response
16:06into something else. Justified, valid or not, the only person that that's hurting is ourselves,
16:12right? It's like drinking poison and hoping someone else dies. It's the only,
16:16your emotional response is only weakening the organism, right? Totally.
16:20So I think when people get the information and they reason with it, they're like, oh my God,
16:23I'm not going to hold on to that past event any longer. And the film, I'm just going to let
16:27it go.
16:27And as a result of it, their simple choice to do that with the understanding actually changes
16:33something in their life. And that's the experiment. I changed my life changes. So overcome and become
16:39break the habit of being yourself, shorten the refractory period of your emotional responses,
16:45and you'll keep your body and brain out of the past. And, and when it's the hardest, it matters
16:49the most. What's the difference between stress and anxiety? Stress is when the brain and body are
16:55knocked out of homeostasis. One of the emotions that are created from the stress response is fear. And
17:04fear is connected to anxiety and anxiety to worry and insecurity, right? So then when we're feeling fear,
17:10what we're typically doing, and this is an unconscious process in our mind, we're selecting
17:15in stress and in, when we're out of balance, out of the infinite possibilities that we can think
17:20about in the quantum field, we're choosing the worst case scenario. And then we embellish it. Oh my God,
17:27what, what if this happens? And what if that, oh, this could happen. Literally the worst case. And that is
17:31a creative process. It is a creative process because what you're doing is you're actually feeling the
17:38emotion of that event. If it happens and your body is becoming conditioned emotionally into anxiety.
17:49So it's that image and that emotion, that thought and that feeling, that stimulus and response,
17:55that's conditioning the body to become the mind of anxiety, do it over and over again and make some
18:01bad lifestyle choices. And then your body's going to have a panic attack. Try as you may to control it
18:06with your conscious mind. You can't, you programmed it subconsciously. So many people say, oh,
18:12it's a chemical imbalance in your brain. Well, yeah, it's true. It's a chemical imbalance in your
18:16brain. You have a panic attack. If you're in the supermarket and you have a panic attack,
18:21you look around, your heart is racing. You're, you know, you're, you're, you're seeing flashes of
18:25light. You can't breathe. And you think it's something going on in the supermarket. You're
18:29correlating the outer world with what's going on in your inner world. And now you'll avoid
18:33supermarkets or open spaces, right? Take the pharmaceutical, the pharmaceutical will help
18:39to create some chemical balance. He has hardware, it's circuits, it's chemistry,
18:43but more than likely you'll still avoid open spaces. Or if it happens in an airplane,
18:47you won't get on an airplane. Yeah.
18:48You won't do that. So, so are you really healed? I don't know. Then is it a software problem?
18:53Are you a perfectionist? Was your father a perfectionist? Was he overbearing? Okay. Does
18:57the insight and understanding it's a software problem change the behavior? No. If you were
19:03going to the psychic and the psychic said, oh, you were burned at the stake in Carcassonne,
19:07you were charismatic Christian in the Salem, Salem, the memory of your, of your traumas burned in your
19:14soul. And that's why I have anxiety. That doesn't change the anxiety. It actually reaffirms it. You
19:19go to the cocktail party and say, I was burned at the stake. Then you go to the astrologer and
19:24the
19:24astrologer says Mercury's in the wrong house, you know, don't. It's burned at the stake. Yeah.
19:28None of those things really help a person to understand that. We discovered it's that process
19:33of sitting with yourself and we've hundreds of, actually thousands of brain scans of people with
19:38anxiety, really high beta brainwave patterns. They change in seven days, four days, because
19:43they're catching themselves going to that automatic future scenario. It's that refractory period.
19:49And bringing themselves back to the present moment. Yeah. And the only way you become
19:55conscious is catching yourself going unconscious. And it's a, it's like meditation. It's exactly what
20:00it is. Meditating is the act of bringing yourself back, right? Over and over again. Over and over
20:04again. That's exactly what changes the anxiety. Here's a great way to think about it. If you get up
20:10from your meditation, feeling like it's already happened and you can maintain that modified state of
20:16mind and body your entire day, it's impossible for you to look for it. You cannot look for it if
20:23you
20:23feel like it's already happened. You only look for it when you feel like you haven't happened. So the
20:28person who says, how come I'm not healed? That's the old personality. The new personality would never
20:33say that. They would be walking in the glory of being healed and practicing teaching their body what it
20:39would feel like to be healed. That would be the work, right? So you could have one hour meditation,
20:45be all holy and all connected. And you spend the rest of your day stressed out, resentful, judgmental.
20:54How can your body heal? The person who's really saying, oh my God, now I got to get so good
20:59at
20:59doing it with my eyes closed. I got to do with my eyes open. Wow. Now the game changes because
21:05if I do
21:07sustain the state and I'm a creator, well then there should be something new that appears in my life.
21:12And the energy and the excitement from that coincidence inspires me to want to keep creating.
21:18And that's the, you know, that's the experiment. Intention is getting clear on what you want.
21:23And surrendering is trusting the outcome. If you over intend, you're trying. If you over surrender,
21:28you're lazy and lethargic. It's that razor's edge where you have to really kind of master that trust.
21:34And I think the heart is a great way for us to surrender because when I truly feel that feeling,
21:41I trust in the future. And if I trust in the future, then I'm not in the way. When I
21:46get in the way,
21:47I think the universe says, okay, bro, go for it. You want to do it your way? Let's see how
21:52it goes.
21:52And you're also basking in the feeling. Yeah, of course.
21:55Like, so you're still in it. Like if it's a strong enough emotion, you get to kind of like sit
22:00in it.
22:00Yeah, exactly. And so you're not, there's no need to reach wonder, stress, worry, because you're in it.
22:06It's already happened. Your body's believing it's already happened. Yeah.
22:10So that's why I think gratitude is just such a powerful emotion. Because when you receive something favorable
22:16or something favorable or wonderful just happened to you, you feel gratitude. So the emotional signature
22:22of gratitude is something wonderful just happened or something wonderful is happening to me right now.
22:27When you feel gratitude, you're in the ultimate state of receivership because the body's so objective.
22:32It's believing it's happening when now. And so, so people who, who experiment with gratitude
22:40see so many reasons in their life in the self-reflective universe to have more reasons to be grateful,
22:48be really unhappy, be really judgmental, and you will see through that lens all the time.
22:52And that's the only reality. You wouldn't see things how they are. We see things how we are,
22:57right? So that's the only reality the person sees through that lens. So if the emotion is bitterness,
23:03they'll see through the lens of bitterness. If their emotion, if the thought and the hardwired belief
23:08is judgment and the behavior is judgment, then they'll judge everything in their life. You know,
23:12so transform them into gratitude. Then there's, they're grateful for a glass of water. They're
23:18grateful to be sitting with you pro social networks, turn on the brain. We move closer to each other.
23:23We trust one another more. We appreciate the moment more. That is the natural state of being when we're
23:28not in stress, when we're not in survival, when the animal self has been tamed, the divine, the creative
23:33self kind of as birth. So then it is that taming process of the animal, of the animal self that
23:40takes
23:40the work, makes the work valid. Because I've seen this, I've discovered this, that at the end of seven
23:46days, you know, after four walking meditations, after 4am meditations, me stretching them way past
23:52where they normally go, and they're showing up for themselves, they're showing up, they're showing up.
23:57Sooner or later, they start feeling really worthy of their future. But without trying, they just feel
24:02worthy. Like I did, I put in my time, like universe, like I'm worthy. And I think that's when the
24:07universe responds. So get basking in that feeling is basking in the present moment because the body's
24:12living in that future. And it's just, it's not going to, it's not going to try to forecast it.
24:16It's a stressful place. Yeah, that's right. Let the details work out. Now the experiment though,
24:21is that, and this has happened to me and many people. So what if it doesn't happen in two times?
24:26What does it, what if it doesn't happen in three times? You're going to give up and say it didn't
24:30work.
24:30We're going to say, what is it about me that I need to change in order for my life to
24:35change?
24:35I think that's the really important, important point. So if it doesn't work for two weeks,
24:40you keep going, you keep going and you keep learning and you keep applying and you keep
24:45getting better. And, and then when it starts to happen and it happens in three weeks or four weeks,
24:49you'll say those three weeks or four weeks are the best use of my time. So the experiment has to
24:54continue and, and we have to make time to be creators in our life. I think there's two components
25:00to disease really. I think there's a genetic component, you know, and sometimes that gene is
25:07signaled in utero and is expressed from birth. Those are tough, you know, juvenile onset genetic
25:14conditions, tough health conditions. Would you say that those tend to be onset early on if that's the
25:18case? The onset early is early on and they're more hardwired in a sense. They're harder to change.
25:23Perhaps not really something that you see at 45, but like two or one or birth or three.
25:30It's juvenile onset. It's genetically signaled. And those are tend to be a little bit more difficult
25:35because they're a little bit more hardwired, like a type one diabetes, right? It's, it's, it's,
25:40it's an early onset condition. Those are about five to 1% of the population,
25:45small percent with Tay-Sachs disease or sickle cell anemia or type one diabetes.
25:49The other 95 to 99% really, as I said, is, is lifestyle. And the, the big thing of course
25:56is trying to keep your body physically, chemically and emotionally in balance. And when it, if, if,
26:04if the autonomic nervous system is what regulates homeostasis and balance, every response that you
26:11have emotionally to your environment is moving you out of normal homeostasis and balance. And that's
26:17where health exists, right? Keep knocking the body out of balance. That imbalance becomes a new
26:22balance. And now we're headed for disease, but let's go a step further. What if you start anticipating
26:27the worst case scenario in your mind, you start feeling the anxiety of that event occurring.
26:32You're knocking your brain and body out of balance by thought alone. And now this is where your thoughts
26:36can literally make you sick because the long-term effects of the hormones of stress push the
26:40genetic buttons that create disease. And my response to my coworker, my response to traffic,
26:47my response to my ex is actually weakening my organism because my body can't live in emergency mode
26:56for an extended period of time. And the response causes the brain to fire incoherently,
27:02causes the heart to fire incoherently. And now the autonomic nervous system is out of order and out of
27:08regulation. And it controls and coordinates all other systems in the body, cardiovascular system,
27:14the reproductive system, the digestive system, the immune system controls. It's the major player in
27:21sending information to all the cells and tissues in the body. So it needs a cadence. It needs a rhythm.
27:27It needs an order. You'd mentioned mission, whether it's your mission that you describe or your calling
27:33in this life. What do you feel like that is? And even, even if you were to sort of summarize
27:37that to
27:38something short, what is your calling? I don't think much about what I do as a calling at all.
27:44Really? I don't. I, I, I'm, I'm, you know, I'm a really simple person, uh, and, and I'm sincere in
27:50just
27:51about everything that I do. I mean, my calling is to be, to be the best human I could possibly
27:56be.
27:56I think, I think that's everybody's calling. I think is, it's to step out of the known into
28:00the unknown and to continue to create. You heal yourself. The next question is heal someone else.
28:06Heal someone else. Get that down. Heal someone else at a distance. There's never an end because
28:11every new experience causes us to think about things we would have never thought before,
28:15unless we had that. So I'm, I'm, I never want this work to be about me. I want it to
28:20be about you.
28:21I want it to be about the person to empower the person that they are the creator of their life.
28:26That's what happened when you walked in my producer, Jen saying you healed my asthma and
28:30you said, no, you healed your asthma. Yeah. I want people to be empowered by that.
28:34I want people to walk around with a smile on their face that they can't remove because some,
28:38they know something, you know, they know something. So my, I think my, my mission though,
28:43is really to be a part of transformation, to make a difference on some level.
28:47So, so my calling is really just to be the best human I possibly can really. And, and I,
28:52and I want this work to be about everybody. And, and, and I think that's when,
28:56I think that's when collective consciousness changes.
