00:00What do you make, Paul? If you think back to their three best games this season, and I think it's
00:04pretty easily Minnesota, Florida, and this game last night against San Jose, and that's all three Colton Ellis starts. I
00:12know he got pulled in that Florida game, but that is three of the Sabres' best performances played in front
00:18of Ellis. Do you think that there's some part of them that just feels a little bit more juice with
00:24him between the pipes?
00:25I don't know what to think because, yeah, their best game was that Minnesota game, and I remember he won
00:33it. I believe it was in overtime, but he only faced 22 shots, made 20 saves, and he played very
00:39well, and that was the game where I thought, yeah, okay, he got his start, and he's in the picture
00:45now, and then the next two starts weren't too good, but the team didn't play well in front of him.
00:51And, you know, Lukanen hasn't had the team play in front of him like that, but the two times they've
00:59done it and done it well was in front of him.
01:04So I don't know if there's anything to that. I don't think they sit there. I've never at all sensed
01:11that they don't like Lukanen or he's not a good teammate or they feel any bad way about him or
01:18anything else.
01:19So I would think it is coincidence, but, yeah, their two best games by far were in front of Ellis.
