00:11Hi, I'm Chloe with Refinery29 and today we're going to take a basic bead necklace and add a
00:17little punch of flair to it. So let's get to it. What you'll need is a basic bead necklace,
00:21interior tassel trim, and scissors. For the first step, I'm going to cut all the tassels off this
00:27trim, and I'm not going to use these wooden beads, so I can discard those. And depending on your
00:34necklace, you can see how many tassels look the best. I'm going to do about five to six. Then you
00:40want to find the center right at the bottom of the necklace, and then I'm just going to tie a
00:45triple
00:45knot between the beads, and once it's secure, I'm just going to trim the edges of the thread,
00:51it. And then skip a bead, go to the next one, and tie it on. This is such an easy
01:11project. Everyone has a
01:12basic string of beads in their closet, and it's a great way to update it for fall.
