1) Take a white eyeliner pencil and trace above the brow, starting at the inner corner until the arch. 2) Trace the bottom of the brow with white, also stopping at the arch. 3) Clean up the edges of the line with a cotton swab. 4) On the bottom of the brow, continue the line with a blue glitter liner, fading gently as it goes from the arch to the outer corner of the brow. 5) Repeat on the other brow.
