00:06If you're watching this, we're assuming you already know a little bit about trans
00:09issues. Maybe you even care and want to help. And we're thrilled. But we're also
00:14guessing that you don't really know how. Award a star. Well, we're here to help.
00:18So let's get to it. Now a lot of you get confused about what to call us. I'm a
00:22trans woman because I'm a woman who happens to be trans. Grammatically
00:27speaking, that makes trans an adjective, not a noun. There are no transgenders
00:32here. Thanks, professor. And I'm a trans guy. I'm simply a trans person. I am not a
00:37drag queen. Wow. It's almost like all trans people aren't the same. What are your
00:41pronouns? She, her. He, him, his. They, them. They, them, but that's... They is a perfectly
00:49acceptable pronoun and always has been. Are pronouns really that big a deal? Abso-freaking-lutely.
00:54Algo mas? Yeah. When in doubt, just ask. But nicely.
