00:11We do classic desserts here at B-Sweet. I like that homemade taste. I mean, I grew up with it,
00:16with my grandma cooking, baking, my mom, my aunt. It was kind of all around growing up. And so that's
00:22what I wanted to try to have at B-Sweet.
00:45We have over 50 flavors of hot bread pudding. We have six flavors a week and we rotate out the
00:5150 or more flavors that we have. And I think it's very different. I haven't seen bread pudding served anywhere
00:57else.
00:58We serve it warm. We serve it a la mode with vanilla ice cream. You know, you can't go wrong.
