For the color blocked liner, use any two colors that compliment one another. For this look we color blocked red eye shadow with a black cream eye liner. To begin, apply the dewey eye shadow with a brush all over the lid of your eye. Use a thiner brush to apply a thick line of black liner, make the line thicker to achieve the color blocked look. Lastly, apply a lighter shimmery shadow underneath of your eyes to contrast the color blocking.
