Start with a clean, primed eye. Saturate the brush with eyeliner gel, clearing off excess product. Drawing alongside the bottom eyelid, swipe from the inside corner of your eye to just before the center of your eye. Beginning from the outside corner of your eye, trace a second line, leaving about a centimeter of your bottom eyelid liner-free. Trace a thick, full line of eyeliner across the upper lid, keeping close to the eyelashes. Draw just past the end of the eye, adding a tiny wing that's barely noticeable.
