Start by lining your eye with silver liner. Add dark blue eyeshadow in the inner corner of both eyes. Blend both layers outwards to the outer corners of your eye with a brush. Blend the entire width of your eye, but with a concentration in the inner corner. Add a super chunky mascara to complete the look.
