00:19It's definitely a lot sweeter than I expected.
00:23It's like kind of tart and sweet, almost like a lemonade.
00:44My team and I do deep dives into cities and categories.
00:49So we were in Austin and one of the things that we did is we visited a lot of snow
00:53cone trucks.
00:53We saw a prevalence of certain flavors like Tiger's Blood, which is sort of that cherry watermelon flavor.
01:01We saw Bahama Mama, which has kind of coconut-y notes.
01:04Blue Hawaiian, which has those tropical notes.
01:06And we saw pickle juice as a snow cone.
01:09So there, it's just shaved ice with savory pickle juice drizzled on top.
01:15And you sort of scoop it and eat it.
01:17And it's alarmingly delicious.
01:19So we kind of said, all right, we totally have to do this.
01:22And we have sort of a sweet slush base.
01:25And we thought, what can we do to pump pickle juice flavor in it and make it so it goes
01:35well with our sweet base.
01:36So we ended up with this kind of sweet savory crosses the line between a sweet pickle and a dill
01:41pickle.
01:41And it's oddly delicious.
01:52It's really good.
01:54I like it a lot.
01:55Definitely would be refreshing on like a hot day.

02:09In certain markets where people expect it to be sort of completely savory and it's not savory, it's sweeter.

02:19So people are surprised that it's sort of on the sweeter side.
02:22And they react to the sweeter notes.
02:25But I have to tell you, there's a contingent of fans that absolutely love it.
