Apply a primer pencil on top of the lid and underneath the eye. Dab on the emerald green eyeshadow to the lid of your eye and blend the eyeshadow with the primer. Use an eyeshadow brush to work the eye shadow outwards giving the lids a smoky effect. Next blend the bottom outwards to match the lid of the eye. Apply mascara to the top and bottom lashes to finish the look.
