00:19Today, we're testing color or mood changing makeup.
00:22Essentially, it's makeup just based on your pH levels, which sounds amazing.
00:26I'm not actually sure what that means, but Milana, you've used pH makeup before, right?
00:30Yeah, I have.
00:31Basically, it works on the pH levels in your body, whether you're super acidic or alkaline.
00:37Alright, so we have lots of products here.
00:39I haven't tried any of these, but I'm definitely excited.
00:41I'm a huge Smashbox fan.
00:43So I love we have this O Plump Lip Primer with Goji Berries.
00:47And then we also have cool Smashbox O Glow Intuitive Cheek Color.
00:52So we have these two different colors.
00:54Apparently, they go on clear and then kind of transform your face from there based on
00:57your pH levels.
00:58And then we also have this pH match maker, and this is bronzer.
01:02It says it matches a whole range of skin tones and does a whole range of bronzing.
01:07We'll see.
01:08But yeah, we'll test that one out.
01:09And then I'm going to be testing out the Lipstick Queen product.
01:12The first one we have here is Morning Sunshine.
01:14This one comes out yellow.
01:15It scares you a little bit, but then the coral after, if it ends up anything like this right
01:19here, I'm pretty excited.
01:21And then we've got Lipstick Queen's Hello Sailor Lip Gloss.
01:24This one is supposed to start blue and then turn dark.
01:29I love this.
01:29I would love the shade just on its own, but I'm excited to see what it'll look like.
01:33And then we've got the Lipstick Queen Frog Prince Cream Blush.
01:37It's green and then it turns red.
01:38I've actually never been one for a red blush, but maybe if it's custom for me, it'll look

03:20All right, so this blush, it goes on clear again.
03:23So it's kind of like the same consistency as the lip gloss.

04:08All right, so Milana, what are your final thoughts on beige makeup?
04:11It's fun for a cute little experiment.
04:13Am I going to throw down $50 the next time I go makeup shopping?
04:17No.
04:18It does.
04:18One thing it does do really well is it provides like that natural finish because I guess it
04:22does kind of melt into your skin, but I think it's leaving my skin feeling like a little
04:26gritty, like in a little dirty.
04:27So from like just layering and maybe it's because I layered the two, but also the bronzer
04:32just wasn't the smoothest application.
04:34And not typically how I like to wear my makeup.
04:36So it's good for a more natural look, but again, I think the only thing I'd stick with
04:40would be the lip-blumping gloss.
04:41Yeah.
04:42And it looks great.
04:42Oh, yours does too.
04:43All right, so now we've tested that on our face and we are going to really put it to
04:47the test.
04:48So we have two products here with us today.
04:50One is a lemon and the other is baking soda, and we're going to test these to see if
04:54the pH makeup works on those two things.

04:57It's going to be fun.
04:57I'm going to test out morning sunshine with a lemon to see if the acids in the lemon will
05:02react with the product.
05:03I'm going to do a little swatch test on my arms too, and then combine it with some baking
05:07soda to see if the color actually changes.
05:11I have my lemon, I'm excited.
05:15Nothing has changed.
05:17Nothing's changed at all.
05:19Should you hold it on longer?
05:20All right, so I have my two swatches so far.
05:23So I have my blush here, which is already starting to turn pink, and then I have my gloss here,
05:27which hasn't quite noticed yet.
05:28So what I'm going to do is add a little bit of baking soda to the blush and then to
05:34the
05:34gloss.
05:36Ooh.
05:37And this blush is turning bright pink, so.
05:40Oh, cool.
05:41Yeah, so the blush is really, really, really getting pink, and this gloss is just getting
05:46like a nice tint to it.
05:47Maybe the more alkaline you are, the darker the product is.
05:51I think so.
05:51And maybe the more acidic you are, the lighter it is.
05:54Look at this.
05:55Like, that's pretty dark blush.
05:56That was not what happened when I put it on my face.
05:58Yeah, no.
05:58Not at all.
05:59I want changes.

06:01I mean, I guess it's lighter.
06:02It is lighter.
06:03Yeah, it definitely is a little lighter.
06:04So maybe the theory is right.
