00:00To feel confident as a woman, I think it's really important to sort out what really is you.
00:04Not looking for constant support from friends or family.
00:07Although they are amazing parts of what define you,
00:10I think you need to figure out how to do that regardless if they're there or not.
00:13Because I think when you figure out what's at the core of what's meaningful for you,
00:17then you have everything at your fingertips.

01:04I put my life's savings into building a distillery and borrowed a lot of money
01:07and moved home with my parents, and I'm kind of, for sure, all in on this endeavor.
01:11I think when you're taking risks and experimenting,
01:13that's when you're creating new things and really pushing yourself forward.
01:17If people are just dissatisfied and they just sit idle and don't do anything,
01:21then that's a problem.
01:22To be able to see a problem and solve it, it's empowering for us,
01:26and it also inspires people to do the same.
01:28Scary is to push yourself out of your boundaries,
01:30but that's when you learn the most, it's when you challenge yourself,
01:32it's when you can actually get the skills that you need
01:35to be able to accelerate your career.
01:37In order to achieve greatness, you have to risk everything.
01:40My own personality is really what makes me feel confident,
01:43and whatever field you're in or whatever your career or personal life takes you,
01:47as long as you're comfortable in your own skin,
01:49it should make you bold and confident.
01:51Defining beauty to me means wearing your honesty, whatever that looks like.
01:54I think it's really important to use your clothing as a gateway to the soul.
01:57I know that my confidence certainly comes into play when I've got an amazing rockstar outfit on,
02:02so I try and dress like a rockstar every day.
02:04I think my beauty look for this shoot is all about being fierce,
02:07wearing lots of color, being kind of dark and just like, ah.
02:16Women should be bold because they're our greatest untapped resource.
02:20They really have the power to change the world,
02:22to really thrive if just invested in a little bit.
02:25I think we're in this very beautiful stage in society
02:27where we have an opportunity to ensure that any of those glass ceilings
02:31that might have existed in the past can be removed,
02:33that we can break through them, and so every woman needs to be bold
02:36because this is our chance to make a difference.
