00:08Hey guys, we're in the Beauty Test Lab today trying out this new glitter nail polish removal
00:12kit from Julep. So I've gone ahead and painted my nails with two of my favorite glitter polishes.
00:17Inside the kit are ten reusable kind of rubbery caps and there are also packets of the brand's
00:27small little nail polish remover wipes. And these are finger sized and what you do is you take each of
00:34the wipes out,
00:35put them on your nail and then put the cap over top of the nail and it just presses down
00:40almost like it's suctioned onto your finger.
00:43And you just hold it there for about three to five minutes. I'm going to do one on each finger
00:47so you can see how it did on both types of glitter polish.
00:50I will say there is a bit of tingling going on in my fingers right now, which is what happens
00:56when you leave acetone on your nails.
00:57So if you have very sensitive nails and or skin, I don't recommend doing glitter polish because this is how
01:03you get it off.
01:04And that was really easy. It came right off. There was no harsh scrubbing or chipping away.
01:11I'm just doing some cleanup on the little specks that weren't there.
01:15This polish usually takes me five minutes to get off each finger because it is so full of glitter chunks.
01:21So this is pretty cool. Let's go ahead and see how the other one did.
01:23Almost completely gone. I mean, the wipes in here, but yeah, same thing. It just took it right off.
01:29There's a couple of little pieces left with those. I just wipe away and my nail is clean.
01:33So what makes these work so well is these caps because they secure the nail polish remover pad to your
01:41finger.
01:42They allow the nail polish to seep in and break up the glitter.
01:45You can technically do the same thing with some aluminum wrap.
01:49But if you're lazy like me and don't feel like messing around with Reynolds wrap, this is a pretty good
01:53option.
01:54kind of cool thing into this.
01:58This is for me and certainly here, just take a stab and look at the disc wine lid.
