00:15As soon as you think your nails are dry, you notice a smudge, so I'm going to show you

00:22First, dip your finger in an acetone-based polish remover.
00:27Smooth it over the smudged area to create an even surface.
00:31It's okay if you see some of your natural nail through it.
00:34Then take your color and go back over the area.
