00:00Let's get to Texas and Missouri.
00:03I think this is, I don't know, man.
00:07This is another one of these weird ones where everyone gets mad at me when I do this.
00:14But, like, this is the argument for at least expanding off of 12.
00:21It just is.
00:22It just is.
00:24I mean, like, is it not?
00:28It's not?
00:29Like, we're good on these teams?
00:32We're good?
00:33We don't want to watch Texas and Missouri?
00:35No, I don't think Texas belongs in the playoff just because they're Texans.
00:39That's what you're saying.
00:39Oh, we go to 24.
00:41No, I don't think that.
00:42It's because they beat Ohio State, Tennessee, and Ole Miss.
00:44That's why I think Texas belongs in the playoff.
00:47Because they have better wins than Georgia and Miami combined.
00:51They've also looked terrible in their losses.
00:54They have.
00:55I mean, the game against –
00:56They've blown double-digit leads in both of them.
00:58And they look awful in both of those games.
01:02And then you'd be sitting with an undefeated Texas team that you know is fraudulent.
01:05But imagine that.
01:07If they were unbeaten, they'd be the number one team in the country.
01:11I watched that game head-to-toe with Florida.
01:14They were awful.
01:14They literally – I want to bet against Texas every single game because of what I saw against Florida.
01:19Maybe it was just one game.
01:20They were awful against Florida.
01:23They were.
01:23Yes, they blew a double-digit lead.
01:25They were terrible.
01:26Arch Manning is not somebody I want anything to do with now as a Miami Dolphins.
01:30He looked that bad against Florida.
01:32Now, I've also seen him look good.
01:34He beat Ohio State.
01:35But keep in mind, Kevin, they got dominated for three quarters against Ohio State.
01:38And then, bam, woke up and won the fourth quarter.
01:41Ohio State threw that game away.
01:43How good is Texas?
01:44And I think that's the question on everybody's mind.
01:47This Texas team is national title worthy.
01:50You just said it.
01:51They're two blown leads away from being undefeated number one in the country.
01:55I don't think they beat Mizzou today.
01:56I don't.
01:57So that's the range with Texas.
01:59So I guess you're right.
02:0024 teams, let them all in, let Texas win, you know, four straight games in the national title.
02:05I just don't think they're that good.
02:07Losing at Missouri isn't that bad.
02:11Missouri is not garbage.
02:13Missouri is not garbage.
02:15I mean, this is – the funny thing is, as an SEC guy, you would think you would defend Texas
02:23a little bit.
02:24Texas are the spitting example of what it's like to run through an SEC gauntlet.
02:29They – I mean, look at the – Tennessee, Oklahoma, Florida, Ole Miss, Missouri, LSU.
02:38And then they went and played Ohio State at a conference?
02:41Like, we're talking about three-loss Bama and three-loss LSU and three – four-loss Texas belongs in the
02:47dance.
02:48We're also talking about a Georgia team with 500 yards of offense and 40 yards – 40 points per game.
02:54And we're talking about Alabama.
02:55Of course, Georgia.
02:55I'm not saying Georgia isn't better than them.
02:57No, but just Texas.
03:0089th in the country in total offense.
03:03Yeah, but their defense is fantastic.
03:04Why – they're the only team in the country – because their quarterback is so famous, no one cares that
03:09their defense is awesome
03:10and has been playing without a top-five pick in Colin Simmons.
03:14Their defense is outstanding.
03:16I give you that, which is why they're winning the games that they're winning.
03:18They beat Ohio State because of their defense.
03:20It wasn't because of their offense that decided to show up with six minutes left in the game.
03:25Maybe I'm reading Texas wrong.
03:27I had them losing to Ole Miss, and they went ahead and destroyed Ole Miss, so I was wrong there.
03:31Maybe they'll go into Missouri and go into Columbia and crush them.
03:34I just think Missouri is a good team.
03:35So you're saying you put Texas in even with a loss to Missouri, and the committee agrees with you.
03:40Texas is higher ranked than I would have put them.
03:45The way I'm playing this game, though, is one of these numbers where you sometimes think you're the only one
03:50who knows something.
03:51Now, I'm very ready for this to backfire on me, but I'm on Jamal Roberts under 94.5 rushing yards.
04:01So Ahmad Hardy is back, and you may be hearing me be like, this clown, what a wheel.
04:11Ahmad Hardy only had two carries last week.
04:15Yeah, but there's a press conference where Drink, the Mizzou head coach, said you're going to see more of a
04:23rotation this week.
04:25Maybe people aren't familiar, but Ahmad Hardy was supposed to be the best running back in college football.
04:31Not one of, not a pretty good, the literal best quarterback, or excuse me, running back in college football.
04:39So Jamal Roberts and his 25 carries might be down to 15 carries against a Texas team that allows less
04:51than three yards per rush.
04:53And Mizzou hasn't played any of the good rush defenses in the SEC so far.
04:58I mean, Hardy coming back to me is another reason why I like Missouri today.
05:03And I do like your play of the under on the other running back because you're going to see a
05:08rotation that's going to include Hardy.
05:10And I know he only had two carries last week, like you said.
05:12They need to control the clock versus Texas, and Texas has a wonderful rush.
05:16But I think they're going to pound it with Hardy.
05:18And by the way, they have a pretty good quarterback in Austin Simmons as well, which is why I think
05:23this Missouri offense can score.
05:25And I'm not sure Texas can.
