Prosecutors in Italy are to appeal against the acquittals of Amanda Knox and her ex-boyfriend for the 2007 murder of UK student Meredith Kercher.
The convictions of the American and Italian Raffaele Sollecito were overtuned last year amid doubts over police scientific evidence.
