The brother of Toulouse killer Mohamed Merah was jailed on Sunday while he's investigated for complicity in the crimes.
Abdelkader Merah went before an anti-terrorism judge in Paris after four days of preliminary interrogation.
The 29-year-old was arrested as police laid siege to his brother's apartment following the killing of seven people in three separate attacks.
