A small bomb has gone off outside the EU's offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
No one was hurt or injured.
The device was left on the doorstep of the building in the Recoleta neighbourhood.
Security cameras captured two people leaving a rucksack where the explosion happened, according to local newspaper Clarin, but no one has claimed responsibility.
