Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi thanked the support of Umno and Barisan Nasional cybertroopers who had stood by them without receiving payment from the party. He said the cybertroopers had previously abided by their political masters and paymasters but now are helping for free to rebuild Umno. He said this during his closing speech at the Umno General Assembly 2018 in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.
