The Federal Court has dismissed an appeal against a landmark judgment for Australian women with faulty vaginal mesh implants. Pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson appealed a ruling that it had to pay three lead applicants, in a class action of thousands of women, $2.6 million in damages.
