In his statement to the Enforcement Directorate, sacked Mumbai cop Sachin Vaze said ex-Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had instructed him to extort money from various bar and restaurant owners in the city. Vaze also alleged that Deshmukh demanded Rs 2 crore to convince NCP chief Sharad Pawar over his reinstatement to the Mumbai Police. Watch the full report.
