00:05 You were on the show last week, we talked about them,
00:07 some of the issues that they were having in Colorado,
00:10 that continues.
00:12 A website now, it looks like being shut down here,
00:16 Matthew, do I have that right in Colorado?
00:18 - Yeah, you do have that right.
00:19 So the CEO had requested for the website
00:22 to be pulled down in Colorado
00:24 after their license was revoked in New Jersey.
00:27 And it actually took about a week for Colorado
00:30 to get on this and get the website taken down.
00:34 I have not heard an answer from the Colorado regulators,
00:38 which is very surprising.
00:40 It's somebody that I work with a lot.
00:42 It's somebody that is always willing to talk
00:45 at least at some point about an issue.
00:49 And we haven't heard anything about what's going on
00:51 with PlayUp in Colorado just yet.
00:54 But PlayUp now officially has no sports betting operations
00:57 in the US.
00:58 There is allegedly still a sale in the works
01:03 for those US, for the US operation.
01:07 But again, at this point, all that consists of
01:10 is that Colorado operation.
01:13 They can't just flick the switch and go back in New Jersey.
01:15 They need to reapply completely for a license.
01:18 So yeah, the PlayUp story is not done.
01:21 It's just, it's at a halt right now.
