00:00 Now, it's confirmed that Tim Cohn will return as the head coach of the Philippines for the Asian Games.
00:06 Some basketball fans are reacting to this news.
00:10 Let's find out in the news of Darrell Oclares.
00:12 Since Jotreyes came out as the head coach of the Philippines,
00:17 one of them is Barangay Hinebra San Miguel Head Coach Tim Cohn
00:21 with the famous names that he might change his position.
00:24 That's why today, the Philippines Basketball Association officially announced the return of Tim Cohn,
00:29 the winningest coach of the Philippine Basketball Association.
00:32 It's not new to Cohn that the Philippine Centennial Team
00:35 will be holding a national team assignment that won a bronze medal in the 1998 Asian Games.
00:41 Cohn also led the 2019 SEA Games campaign in the Philippines
00:45 that won a gold medal.
00:47 The Filipino basketball fans are happy that Cohn will return as the head coach of the Philippine National Team.
00:54 I think it's okay because I think he's one of the best coaches in the PBA.
01:00 It's better because it's proven, right?
01:03 Because he won the championship and the defense is there.
01:07 I think we should support him because he's our team.
01:15 We can see that he's the only one we can see that will be replaced.
01:19 Right?
01:20 So that's it.
01:21 That's good news.
01:23 At least it's good that he's replaced.
01:26 Maybe as a PBA fan watching their plays,
01:32 I think his plays will be better than when he came to the Philippines.
01:42 Good luck to Coach Tim Cohn.
01:45 Cohn will be joining the national squad with Coach Richard Del Rosario and Gym Kings guard LA Tenorio as assistant coaches.
01:53 Darryl Oclares, PT, Dispo.
